Hormify capsules can be opened and mixed with water or another preferred drink, which may make them easier to take if swallowing the capsules is uncomfortable.

Regarding your refund request, we do review refund eligibility according to our return policy. If a refund was declined, it means the request did not fall within the eligible return/refund window or conditions outlined in that policy.

We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but the decision was made in line with the policy agreed to at purchase.
