Customer communications was excellent i really appreciated Katia Hagebocks help with our order. they got a very hard to find part to me in a timely manor! very satisfied.

Spare parts had the bearings that I needed in stock and a quick turn time on the custom length rails that I needed to go with the bearings.I used the chat function to ask how long the custom length rails would take and Fjona told me 24 hours which is better than expected and great news as I need these to repair a production machine

Terrible company. Ordered a product... 10 emails asking for updates... 2 months later product never received... not responding to any of my emails. Will file for chargeback at Mastercard.

Update… after a long wait (10 weeks) I eventually recieved my first order.

My second order at this company was evenly awfull. No order updates… slow or no respons to various emails. Promised to deliver in 2 weeks… 3 weeks went by and they ask if I want to continue with the order because it will take 2 weeks… so 5 weeks in now… lets see…

prices are ok. service is not!

Porqueria!! Dijeron tener un equipo y despues de 1 mes jamas enviaron, tampoco devolvieron el dinero. MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTE CHANGARRO.

Ordered two different items on 01/21/26 and was charged immediately. We did receive the 1st item in a reasonable amount of time, but the 2nd item we're still waiting on and it's 05/20/26. Emailed support multiple times (no reply), called the support number multiple times only to be told I need to email my issue. It's ridiculous. I have been patient, but at this point just provide me a refund and I'll never bother you again.

Items did finally come, but customs was a nightmare. Came in two shipments, one was stuck in customs for 3-4 weeks, the other in Fedex for a few weeks. The Fedex customs tariff, disbursement, and storage fee exceeds the value of the parts.

The reason I blame spareparts is that I had to fill out multiple supplemental customs declaration forms to get the items through, which spareparts should have done. When I order from most companies, they know how to ship their product to the US.

They really should know how to ship bearings to the US at this point. This resulted in expensive storage fees.

In addition, I contacted spareparts twice about the order and never heard back.

Do not use this company for shipments to the US!

Ordered this part and it was delivered super quick over to Perth Australia. Really pleased with the whole experience, communication was great.

My parts have been in customs for the last 4 days. I have emailed 3 different ways and gotten no response. The phone support lines apparently can't help or even communicate with there support team. Terrible customer service.

Many times my only communication with Vendors is through a Chat Box. I would say 7 out of 10 times I get no response and have to find other ways to get answers. The SP Team not only responded immediately, but they removed the barrier that I was facing. The best personal customer service i have received in a long time!
