Very poor communication.
Total lack of urgency with communication.
Placed an order and paid 08/04/26.
Received a confirmation but no ETA for the goods.
The lead time indicated on the website has already passed by.
I have requested an update by email 3 times and also by phone (AI response)
No definitive information supplied.
Online chat full of platitudes, and a lack of information.
''Thank you for your patience Nick , I see that your order has already been processed, but we don't have the tracking information yet. As soon as we have it we will send it to you. Best regards''

Eventual response from support(at)sp-spareparts.com was very similar.

We sincerely apologize for the delay on it.
We are going to check with our colleagues of our warehouse to see what happened.
As soon as we get any information we will let you know.

I purchased 4 parts that were all listed as in stock and ship within one day. 10days later they still havent shipped. No response at all from the first 4 queries I made, 2 emails, the online contact form and a message left via the live chat. Live chat and phone was not answered any time I tried (always within the quoted hours). I finally got a customer service rep via live chat on 13/04 that was no help at all, the only thing she could tell me is "it will ship soon" and a rep would contact me within 48hrs. I requested a refund which she apparently couldnt do. 48hrs later there has still been no contact. Order status still just shows "paid".

It's essential for us to receive information about prices and availability as soon as possible. Your website is constantly updated, which is very helpful for our work.

Responses to my queries were quick and accurate

Purchased parts were never delivered. Contacted me 2 months later to say parts were out of stock. No communication after that. I have not received a refund, I do not know if my parts are back ordered. This has caused project delays and I had to find another supplier.

Updating my poor review of 1/26. Someone finally responded to my long overdue order. Could not explain the delay but apologized and took the entire blame. Admitted it was not in keeping with their normal business model. Expedited my order and refunded shipping. One can only ask they learn from a mistake such as this. I will do business with them again.

I ended up not purchasing anything but the customer service was very kind and helpful, I got decent prompt replies to every question I had.

After having problems with a order, Ms, hageböck reached out to me and got the problem fixed really quickly. Shipping was again really fast and uncomplicated. Definitely will order more in the future. Thank you to the support team

I made an order on January 2026 Friday 2nd, I paid for the express shipping (24-72hrs). Processing time is 0-1 day (according to their website) today I still have not received the piece nor a confirmation of any shipping tracking. In their support email, they just answered once and never again.
I asked for a refund, still the refund has not arrived, and I have not received any response there after.
I´m afraid I will loose my money, should have done a better research about this website. Talking to the phone, they say they cannot see refunds nor they can see any orders made, they will "forward" the petition to another department and I will be contacted.
Hope they return me the money... otherwise I´ll have to pay for it myself.

Ordered couple seals fron them, didnt receive any confirmation email, or anything else. They are not answering email. Dont give your money to them

Had to pay $42.00 in additional shipping fees upon delivery, due to this being delivered from oversees.

Some one answering me and trying a solution for my request.

Have used this vendor several times. They are always great.
