Great experience

Great experience. We are looking to increase the headcount of our business by c. 20% over the next 3 years and have begun to explore new spaces to move into in January 2027 in and around the Watford area. I'm surprised by how many buildings are on the platform and the number that are suitable for us. Quality of information on the platform has made it very easy for me to compile a detailed shortlist for my CFO and CEO.

Watford is one of those markets people assume is thin until they actually look properly, so we are chuffed the platform proved otherwise. And "a shortlist I can hand straight to my CFO and CEO" is exactly the job we set out to do. Real availability, real pricing, no broker filter sitting between you and the operator.

With a January 2027 move and 20 percent growth to plan around, drop us a line when you want the shortlist pressure tested or want us to go direct to operators on terms. That bit is free and it is where we earn our keep 🚀

We had an excellent experience working with the team to find our new office and clinical treatment room. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right space for our business.

They took the time to understand exactly what we needed and guided us through every step of the process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. Their communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions and provide honest advice.

Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we’ve found the perfect new premises, and we couldn’t be happier.

A standard office is one thing. An office that also has to work as a clinical treatment room is a completely different search, and most platforms would have shrugged at it. Taking the time to understand the requirement properly, then being straight with you about what does and does not work, is the whole reason we built Spacebly.

Why hasn't this always existed!!

Honestly went in expecting the usual broker dance and there just... wasn't one. Found a space in Camden, dealt with the operator directly, sorted an office in about 2 week. Done this the old way before and it's weeks of being passed around/ ignored. Bit annoyed it took me this long to find spacebly tbh
