Stayed only a few nights in Marbella but everything was excellent. Easy booking, clean villa and great communication. The location was perfect and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

We stayed in a beautiful villa in Costa Adeje during our family holiday in Tenerife and honestly everything went perfectly. The villa was very spacious, spotless on arrival and had amazing views from the terrace. We spent most evenings by the pool watching the sunset which made the whole trip feel really special.

The booking process was simple and communication with the agency was always fast and professional. They also recommended a few local restaurants and beaches that ended up being some of our favourite places during the holiday.

After previous bad experiences with other rental companies, it was refreshing to finally deal with a company that actually delivers exactly what is advertised online. We would definitely book through them again.

The outdoor area was amazing, especially the pool and terrace where we spent most evenings relaxing and enjoying the sea views. The property itself was spotless and very well maintained, with plenty of space for the whole family.

One thing we really appreciated was how smooth everyhting was. Check-in instructions were clear, the villa was perfectly prepared for our arrival and throughout the holiday the agency stayed available if we needed anything. We have rented villas in Spain before through other companies but this experience felt much more professional and stress free. We are already planning to book again next summer.

The heated pool, shaded terrace, and BBQ area meant we barely wanted to leave the villa. Bedrooms are well-sized, bathrooms spotless, and the kitchen has everything you need. The welcome food pack was a thoughtful touch on arrival. Puerto del Carmen's old harbour is just a 10-minute walk away for evenings out. Spain Online Booking handled everything smoothly — clear communication, no surprises. We'll be back.

Honestly, we were a bit reluctant at first, as we have never used Spain Online Booking before and it made us a bit weary. We've decided to go with it after having a few email exchanges with Antonio, one of their property managers. The entire process was smooth and when we finally arrived there was a local agent that greeted us, Carolina, who took really good care of us and showed us around our villa. All in all it was a very good experience and we will be using their services again.

We were about to book through them until they insisted that payment could only be made via bank transfer, which immediately raised concerns — especially given the booking total was around £10,000 with a £5,000 deposit required upfront.

This prompted us to investigate further, and we discovered that the property images had been taken from a property-for-sale listing. We also found evidence suggesting the villa was actually a closed-down rental property.

No legitimate company should expect customers to transfer thousands of pounds directly to a bank account without offering secure payment methods or proper protection.

I cannot say for certain whether the website has been hacked or if it is an outright scam, but we narrowly avoided losing thousands of pounds on a villa that does not appear to be available.

We were a bit careful at first because there are so many villa sites online now, but this company turned out to be genuninely reliable. Everything matched what was advertised and the communication was consistent the whole way through. They answered questions quickly, helped us organise a rental car and even checked in during the stay to make sure everything was okay. The villa was spotless on arrival and the whole holiday ended up being stress free from beginning to end.

We stayed eight nights and loved every bit. The villa had space for all of us and felt private yet close to everything. The kitchen opened straight to the terrace, so meals outside became a daily thing. The pool was spotless and the view over the sea never got old. We even walked the Camino de Ronda to Sa Riera one morning, absolutely worth it. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Villa Lucia Bella was amazing for our group of 8! The name reminded us of home and the house was so spacious and clean, with all the bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms-perfect for privacy. The pool was a huge hit, and the garden area was perfect for BBQs and chilling. Big thanks to the agency for the easy booking process and great service. Definitely would return!

Strangely found out that my initial review was removed, not sure why.. but i just wanted people to know that communication throughout the booking process was clear, friendly, and professional. Every question was answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They made what could have been a stressful search feel completely effortless. Thumbs up!
