Similar complaint to one already made. They were (and still are) showing a part i needed in stock. I ordered it and then 4 days later i get told they aren't in stock and won't be for a couple of months. Why couldn't that information have been relayed to me the day i ordered ?

After waiting for a week, I phoned to find out when I'd get my order. They told me that they have to order the parts from the company involved then send them to me. I could have ordered direct from the company myself, saving time and money, but when I searched for the parts, their name came up and it looked like they were the official supplier.
An absolutely pointless company.

I ordered parts for the tools required by the client 3 weeks before the start of the order... it was written on the website that delivery would take 2-3 days. After two weeks, I wrote a message because the product still had not arrived. I received feedback that yesterday the German warehouse sent them a hello and that in a week they would have it and send it... from 2-3 days it turned into 4 weeks. I hope that the competition of this company will do it within a week because I don't want to have problems with the contract, but I don't recommend these liars... and the competition has much better prices

Ordered 2x spare air hose's for a tyre compressor. Found out they don't fit when arrived, checked website and definitely listed for our model. Phoned to organise return and they expect me to pay delivery costs, will not be using again

TLDR: Placed an order 22nd Dec 2023, order finally arrived 12th Feb 2024. Other than an order confirmation email, the only other email I received was in reply to a complaint, which just contained lies.

The long version...
On the 22nd Dec 2023 I placed an order for some spare filters for a Makita DAS180Z, the items showed a delivery date of 5-7 days.

19th Jan 2024 I sent an email asking where my items were and that I had received no messages regarding my order.

The same day I received a message back saying that they "had emailed me stating the items were not in stock and that the message was probably in my spam folder, and that they would be in stock the next day, 20th Jan 2024"

Lie #1, I had received no emails other than the order confirmation and the reply to my query, yes I checked my spam folder and my deleted folder.

Lie #2, The items arrived this morning on the 12th Feb 2024. They arrived 23 days after they said they would be in stock and 52 days after placing the order.

I didn't even receive a message saying it had been dispatched, honestly I was within days of filing a claim with Visa to get a refund.

I'll admit, I've had worse experiences shopping online, this however was enough to put me off ever coming back.

Ordered some spare parts for my aging black and decker workmate found some on spare parts world website quite easily, ordered and paid for 2nd class post. Expected a fair old wait but surprisingly came within 3 days. Unfortunately some of the parts were missing.
Reported the items to their post sales team and they came through the post 2 days later.
You may knock a company for an error but the team at spares parts world were diligent in providing the missing parts without a fuss. thank you Team Spare Parts

I placed an order on the 29th of October. Although the ordered items were supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days, after two weeks, I still haven't received anything. Not even an email from them.

Needed parts for a drill twice recently and each time had first class service. I will recommend this company for power tool spares.

I've ordered a Bosh parts to fix my Random-orbital-sander, and have to pay immediately.

So, Sparepartsworld get my money, but the day after, they said me "sorry, the part is no longer available, and we will refund you"

Then, five more day after, no money back !

I've made another mail to ask to be refunded, for all the costs (price and bank transfers taxes)

Finally, I've been refunded, but not totally because of the euro/pounds change.

I've lost my time, I didn't get the parts and lost some money.

After breaking the housing on my Festool midi, I placed an order for a replacement, fast delivery & best price I could find.
Will definitely use this company again.
