I hope you can accept my sincere apology for the delay in responding to your emails and the frustration this has caused. I understand the importance of prompt communication and take full responsibility for falling short in this instance. Rest assured, I have investigated and resolved the root cause of why your emails were not coming through to our Customer Experience Team to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak with you today and to work towards resolving the problem with the bike carrier. You should have received my email confirming that we've booked a courier to return the bike carrier to us, the refund has already been processed, and I've provided some details regarding the replacement bike carrier to consider.

Anyone would have been frustrated with not only receiving brake pads that do not fit your vehicle but also with the delay in response to your emails requesting help resolving that issue. I hope you can accept my most sincere apologies that this has been your experience.

We sincerely apologise for the delay in dispatching your order and any inconvenience this may have caused. We understand your frustration with the lack of response to your emails and the issue you encountered while trying to reach us via phone. Our 1300 number is not currently supported and as you discovered, the message it provides requires desperately requires an update as it hasn't had one since covid lockdowns. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused. We assure you that we are working hard to address all customer enquiries as quickly as possible, despite experiencing a high volume.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Please note that we do provide support via email, and we will ensure that you receive a response to your email today. We understand that you require the parts by March 17th, and we will do everything in our power to get them to you by that date.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the shock you received. Our team takes great care in ensuring that all our products are of the highest quality. Unfortunately, it appears the shock absorber has arrived from the manufacturer in a condition that is not up to our standards.

I can see that a member of our Customer Experience Team is currently working with you and have already taken steps to resolve the issue. Our Customer Experience Team is currently investigating the matter with the manufacturer, and we will exchange the faulty shock absorber.

We understand that this has caused a delay in your ability to repair your car, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with your Sparesbox order. After reviewing your order, it looks like you placed it on eBay on February 20th at around 7 pm. Our team processed your order on the 21st, and it was shipped out with Express postage on the 22nd.

Unfortunately, Australia Post suspended their overnight delivery guarantee for Express Post. If you check the Australia Post website for domestic parcels, you'll see this is still the case. While it's still the fastest postal service they provide, they do not guarantee overnight delivery.

Of course, we investigated further to see what we could do to expedite your delivery. We've discovered that your parcel was missorted by Australia Post and placed in a universal loading device meant for standard e-parcel shipments. Although this is uncommon, Australia Post has confirmed this as the cause based on additional scans.

The scans do show that your order is on it's way to you. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay with Australia Post and appreciate your patience and understanding.
