WOW where do I start, maybe I should stick to what they did well, they took my money, everything else could not be worse if you tried, lying about shipments and tracking numbers, I get the impression they will not be open much longer.
Delivery in weeks not days plus lots of BS
Having attempted to deal with Sparesbox previously I was under no illusion about what was likely but prepared to give them another chance. I contacted Sparesbox to establish if they actually had stock and if not to get an ETA for an order in item. Answer - no stock but 3-5 days to dispatch. Actual 12 July - 27 July. The part was then dispatched with Couriers Please who are well known for crap service and substandard delivery times. They lost the parcel and it took another week to get to me - 2 August. This was the second chance there won't be another. If you find their price attractive then you need to think about how long you are willing to wait because it can be up to 8 weeks or longer because despite what they claim at order time they rarely have stock. I don't think they are dropshipping, I know they are and liars to boot. Order at your peril.

I will never deal with this company again. They do not care about customers, Noah in Returns must be very busy with complaints. Should have purchased from China or Amazon it would have been here quicker.

Hi. Similar to last few reviews. Ordered Eibach springs for my Merc on the 22/5. Haven't received order and hasn't dispatched yet. Left 5 emails, rang the number that doesn't exist, no response. I need my springs by11th July at the latest. This is my last resort hoping someone might see this and respond. Very poor customer service. Have used before but not again.

Worst communication ever
Worst communication ever! They lost an order or mine and then are apparently replacing the order which they said would be sent by a certain date and now that it’s last that date they are ignoring me and can not get ahold of them. And when you call their number they say they aren’t using their phones due to Covid, Covid is a very poor excuse. Stay away from them.

I can understand the supply of any part or product has its delays but don't show stock if you don't have it. If you're a drop shipper inform the customer. These guys don't have anything in stock, if you don't want to be mucked around, buy elsewhere.
Poor customer service options
Ordered 5 coils for my ford, tracking does not work, so they turned up at a random time. Fitting them and realized they sent me 4 correct and one random Audi part. Contacted them via support, 2 days later still no answer, phone number doesn't work and live chat offline. So what am I supposed to do now? buy the 5th coil from somewhere else? from feedback below sounds like that's my best option and steer clear from using this company ever again.

well finally got an email back, new coil dispatched and sent the old one back, not a great overall experience and a lot of stuffing around over a 2 week period to sort.
In future be nice if their quality control could do a quick check that they are sending the right part (in this case 4 right 1 wrong - same part), and would be nice to ring a number for service that works, and please fix your online support, I think we have got past the old Covid as an excuse to be uncontactable now. Have used this company a lot in the past, after this they are now my last resort, hopefully you can pickup your game. gone from a 1 star to a 3 as they sorted my issue in the end.

Probably just a dropship company
If you need your parts in a timely manner i would recommend going elsewhere. They do not list if the part is in stock but will happily take your money then give you no estimate on how long it will be once you follow up.
Where is my order?
My order still not delivered after two weeks. No response to any email's query and there is not phone number. Is this company still exist or i have been scammed ?

Write to them to ask what's going on, and BAM... no response.
They owned the mistake and fixed it.
All good other than a set of brake pads were incorrectly described on their website. I applaud the fact that once I contacted the company online I was refunded immediately. Can't ask for a better correction of an error than that.

I was unfortunate enough to make a purchase through this joke of a store over a month ago, now let me take you through the wonderfully horrible experience I enjoyed and the mess I will now need to clean up.
I originally came across sparesbox when I was ready to change my brake pads and put some new discs on my car, so I added my car and filtered through the products, I was careful to ensure I purchased in stock items that were clearly labeled on the store as compatible (my first mistake).
I completed the transaction and received confirmation that my order was received and I should expect my items in 5-8 business days. After nearly two weeks I got a shipping notification and I got a package a few days later with just the front discs. I queried this and was told sorry the back discs are on back order and we weren't sure if you wanted us to send the pads yet. This was baffling given they decided to send one set of Discs but not the pads.
Anyway about a week later I get the pads and thought to myself I may as well change the front discs and pads while I wait for the rear discs. This is when I noticed the pads were wrong, so I did some background research and found out that the model number is listed as not compatible on every other site other than sparesbox.
Annoyed but understanding mistakes happen I emails the support team on my previous email thread and asked for this to be resolved. It has now been over a week and no reply, so I email again and got a "This message is undeliverable as the recipients inbox is full".
Additionally we are now well past a week after the rear discs were meant to be back in stock and shipped. They haven't replied to any of my previous emails and now I cant even send a follow up email.
It has nearly been 6 weeks since I first placed my order, and so far I have successfully receive front discs, rear pads, and an incorrect set of front pads.
I can't being to explain how much I regret ordering through this sorry excuse for a functional business, and I implore anyone reading reviews to consider if they should buy from Sparesbox to immediately close the tab and buy from anyone else, hell even eBay would probably be a better option that this 'store'.
