Delivered quickly . Delivered what was ordered.

This spool is very high quality, much more effective than cheaper versions, that I have used. The packaging was good and the delivery was very quick. The spool was needed urgently and was quickly put to use, I was not disappointed.

Bought some battery mower parts, found out that I didn’t actually need them so returned them.
No issues, good communication via email and money returned back into my account within reasonable time.
I would quite happily be a return customer.

Bought a broken cordless electric Spear & Jackson lawnmower off Facebook Marketplace. Quickly identified the issue with it using a multimeter. Ordered the part to replace the faulty one, which quickly arrived in 2 days, took no more than 5 minutes to fit and get up and working again. Great service and would definitely use again to replace other parts should I need in the future. Also like that delivery was free. Thanks!

Ordered a new chain for my Mcgregor chainsaw. Arrived within 3 days. Chain is totally useless being worn and blunt. Can't even be sharpened as it's in such a poor state. Total waste of money. Steer clear of this "company"!
I sent them an email but got no response.

Order arrived, I then didn’t need it, trying to get a refund is an absolute nightmare, there is no phone service, they don’t respond to contacts form. After e mailing them I sent the item back, heard nothing, e mailed again, they wanted proof of postage, I had to send photos of delivery confirmation and I
still haven’t got my money back! Don’t use them

Bush hoover- Only received part of my order and weeks later, I still haven't received the rest. Having paid and only received part order is highly frustrating. The parts I did receive were really dusty and caked on dirt. The impression given is not a great one. Tried to call at different times, no luck and filled their contact form, still nothing. Shame really...

Bought a battery and charger for a McGregor Lawnmower. Both turned out to be second hand used items. The battery ran for less than a second the charger saying it was fully charged. I was refunded my Paypal promptly once I returned the products.

The SparesMad website fails to make it clear it sells used products It only mentions refurbished under the products tab. In my case the refurbished battery could not have been load tested. I suspect their idea of refurnishing may be giving it a quick rub with a duster. I do not recommend there service for anything electrical.

This is the same number as “GED OUTLET” which has a number of poor reviews on Trustpilot, look for ged co uk

They may be great for parts that are no longer in production? but from my experience stay clear of anything electrical. They also have a presence on Ebay and Amazon.
