It took a year. It just published but spark took over my bank account via remote access. My bank says I'm hacked. I lost my account and can't pay my bills coming up. What a nightmare.

What explanation you need? Isn't this clear enough. My book was not published because they took 2 weeks or more for 1 illustration. (It supposed to be more than 20 of them).
