Fantastic service, nothing too much trouble!. Super product, very pleased with it. Reasonable priced postage. Will definitely buy again!! Bought direct as over priced postage through other big brand website and no add on service available.

Tara at Sparkle and Dot does wonderful work and is extremely polite and helpful to deal with. So lovely to be dealing with someone so nice and knowledge and skilled.

Really delighted with my purchase and the bespoke wording requested has come out just as wanted and am sure will be just the affirmation intended to lend support to treasured friend.

Thank you Tara for your wonderful work and being so helpful. Definitely recommend Sparkle and Dot. Great value for money too and packaged with care to insure safe receipt. Very much appreciated.

Excellent service

I am so glad I found this shop. The fact that you can customise the gift along with fab customer service just makes it a shop to come back to. The lady made sure that the etchings were what i wanted from the start. Royal mail wasn't good, but the parcel was tracked and the shop kept a close eye on it, while emailing me. It was totally worth the wait. The quality was excellent, the packaging perfect and the price affordable, I'm a very happy bunny. Cheers again.
