Exquisite Ring
I purchased a secondhand 18 carat gold and diamond ring, and had it resized. The ring was fully described and had lots of photos on the website to enable me to purchase with confidence. Excellent communication from Siew, who answered my questions promptly. When the ring arrived I was delighted. It is exquisite. A stunning design with beautiful diamonds. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Purchased a pair of second hand diamond and sapphire earrings.
Delivery and packaging was excellent.
The earrings were more beautiful than they looked online.
I am over the moon with the quality of the stones and the condition of the earrings, just looked like brand new.
Can not fault the service or my purchase.

Great communication, and as stunning as described
Great communication. I initially emailed for information on resizing before I purchased a ring. I worked out actually the size would be fine and ordered online, at which point Siew recognised my email and contacted me to check whether I needed a resize or not, which was very thoughtful. Ring arrived quickly, safely and securely and is exactly as described - just stunning!

I received really good customer service when making enquiries about a piece of jewellery. The item was received very quickly and was as shown and described on the website. I am very pleased with the quality of the piece and would use Sparklet again.

Ring resizing
My ring came and fit but I changed my mind about which finger I wanted it to go on. They replied me on the same day and was happy to take it back for a resize and delivery out again for me. All done within a couple of weeks, and very pleased with my ring now!

Great Gold Onyx Signet Ring with Scroll Work
This solid gold onyx signet ring has great scroll work on it's shoulders and collar and was very well presented. The ring received was as ordered. Special necklace for a special woman
I bought this necklace for my long-distance girlfriend, who is very much into gemstones. She told me that it was even more beautiful than she expected it to be, once she had it in her hands.
We had some issues with VAT and international shipping, but the store owner worked with us and helped us figure it out. I'm very pleased with the customer service we received.
