Buying a spa for me is a little bit like buying a car- I know why I want it and what I want it to do but I have no idea what's “under the hood” - Patrick & Camille at Spa World Nelson had all the technical knowhow and took so much time explaining my choices (and they have plenty!)
Spa World is an international company with its head office in NZ so that's why I visited the store, but it's the quality brands and genuine people- I’ve never had so much fun buying anything! Could not recommend more highly! Can't wait until my Vortex is delivered!

I have the Mercury Spa and really love it great value for money really easy to operate

All aspects of the purchase and delivery of our Vortex Cerium Spa were excellent. There was a considerable delay with shipping beyond anyone's control but we were kept well informed. The installation experience with Willie Tuhega was exemplary. His quiet efficiency was impressive. From the moment of arrival he made it all straightforward on a somewhat difficult site. He was extremely pleasant, personable, patient and totally competent. (We have just finished building a house dealing with many good tradesmen so I can make comparisons - there are very few with the attributes Willie shows) MVP!

Great service with the delivery of our spa the guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful well done guys.
A couple of days later we noticed some damage on one corner and the day after i raised it they were back on site and replaced the damaged section.
Could not get better service well done and thanks guys

We had our spa installed last week. Willie was great, it was a pleasure to have him at our property. He was very punctual and polite and happy to chat through the placement of our spa. He gave us very good instructions on how to care for our new spa. Thanks Spa World

Purchased our new Swim Spa from Spa World Mt Wellington shop.
Great communication with both Patrick and Michelle for the sale, installation and aftersales.
Met our tight timeframe for installation even with Covid delays, lockdowns etc.
Nothing seems to be an issue for them always answering my questions in a timely manor.
Spa Pool is great fun and working well.
Highly recommended.

We used the Mt Wellington shop to order our spa. The date the spa was supposed to arrive was pushed out twice due to Shipping problems but Michelle the Logistics Manager was straight on the phone to us to explain the situation and true to her word it arrived when she said it would. The spa arrived missing a component......(again a shipping issue) and again Michelle was back on the phone straight away, the missing component turned up a week later as promised. The back up support has been great as well. Highly recommended.

We bought a Spa pool from Spa World before we went the first lock down in 2020. Due to covid we had delay after delay which was unforeseen. We found Spa World to be very transparent with information to arrival of our Spa pool they were great to deal with and they always went the extra mile. We went with the Vortex brand and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get one! It's fantastic!

Just want to say how impressed we were by the great communication by Spa World.
Our delivery date and time was given and our spa delivery person was Steve who was right on time considering coming all the way from Auckland that was fantastic.
Steve was so open to any ideas on how we could move the spa to it's place.
Steve was polite, and very tidy, and an asset to the company.
A pleasure to deal with and made the whole spa delivery so easy.
