One of the worst experience ever..... All the reviews on google are fake..... Very bad experience... wasted alot of money....try to avoid at all costs... after making payment They will not pick up your calls

Exceptional, starting from the staff, the ease of applying through the portal and customer service

Very poor customer service, I have been trying to reach out and get help, but all I ever get is an automatic reply, for more then 2 weeks now! I was considering for sometime to prolong my business licence, but the attitude I get assured me that is better to cancel my business and move on.

1 star. Employment visa, July–August 2026. All documented in correspondence.

If you're a young business tempted by SPC's cheap setup packages — go to another free zone. What looks cheap up front is not what you pay, and the service disappears the moment your money clears.

We paid AED 7,516 for an employment visa including a AED 750 "priority service". Before payment they chased us constantly. After payment we chased them.

Nine days from cleared payment to submission, during which the same designation question was asked four times after we'd answered it. The submitted application then contained two errors in our employee's personal data — her mother's name, and her own first name split into her surname, contradicting her passport. Both were caught by our employee, not by SPC. Both apologised for in writing.

The application was refused. It took them four days to reply, and the reply asked us to re-send our enquiry from a different email address rather than addressing the refusal.

Customer service after setup is effectively non-existent. Twelve different staff handled this one file over four weeks. Nobody owned it. Every call meant starting from scratch with someone new, being promised a callback, then being passed on again. Three callback appointments missed — including one where they rang inside a window we'd told them we were unavailable, then emailed to say we hadn't responded. Two written requests for a manager, ignored.

They also deduct fees for work they never did. We paid AED 810 for a reapplication they never acknowledged and never started, then were offered it back less AED 510 as a "withdrawal fee" — for withdrawing something that never began. It disappeared as soon as we challenged it. And an administrative charge of AED 1,060 sits unitemised inside the AED 3,700 quoted visa line, disclosed only when we asked for a refund; their own schedule says AED 1,050 and nobody has explained the difference.

Our employee cancelled her existing visa on their advice and was left with no status.

Demand a written itemised fee breakdown showing what is retained on refusal before you pay anything, and ask who will own your file. Nobody owned ours.

Despite the large volume of bad reviews I didnt have this experience, From start to finish, My relationship manager Binoy was in communication with me daily via WhatsApp, had my trade licence set up within 48hours, bank account opened with the help of Nino in less then 5 hours.

All I can say is that if you need a service ensure you explain thoroughly what you need and before committing.

Si vous ne souhaitez pas renouveler votre licence ou votre visa, il faut apparemment payer des frais pour procéder à leur annulation, alors que personne ne m’a informée au départ qu’il fallait payer pour ne pas renouveler.

Cela fait maintenant plusieurs jours que j’essaie de finaliser cette non renouvelement. Je dois envoyer de multiples mails et messages simplement pour obtenir une réponse, et lorsque j’en reçois une, elle est souvent incomplète ou de nouvelles exigences apparaissent.

À chaque étape, on me demande de nouveaux documents ou de nouvelles modifications. Actuellement, ma demande est toujours en attente car, malgré ma signature sur le document demandé, on m’indique désormais qu’un tampon physique de l’entreprise est obligatoire.

Évidemment, on me propose de s’en occuper moyennant des frais supplémentaires… Mais en 2026, est-il réellement nécessaire pour une entreprise de posséder un tampon physique ? Lors de la création de mon entreprise, personne ne m’a jamais indiqué que je devais en avoir un.
