Speakers weer als nieuw

Snelle verzending en duidelijke instructies op de site hoe je de reparatie moet uitvoeren.
Mijn Jamo Compact 70 speakers zijn weer als nieuw. Heel tevreden.

Great service, quality, bad pricing :(

Very good explanation, details to find the correct part, fast to ship. However, I was disappointed to find out a couple of days later when B&W replied to me that that actual part that I purchased effectively "taken out of a speaker" which was not 100% the same (aesthetically), I could have bought directly from them brand new for half the price.

So, the rating is due to pricing, not quality and service, as the latter was great.

The actual part was excellent, in excellent condition. As mentioned above the problem is I paid €120 for it, and then found out that the completely new B&W part is available for €64 from their official supplier.

Please note B&W forces us to state the following at each of their products:

"Every attempt has been made to match the replacement to the original. However please accept some difference in color / finish may occur either due to production tolerances or to the original part having aged."

It's unfortunately common there are small differences in finish between new and older products.

I can't explain the price price difference, but I'm afraid there's some confusion. You bought a tweeter with the grille attached to it (for EUR 103,31). For B&W those are two separate parts (tweeter + grille), sold individually, not as a set. We sell it as a set, but can't buy it like this from B&W.
B&W Netherlands sells the two parts combined for EUR 105,67 (just the loose parts, unassembled). That's more than we sold the assembled set to you for.
I would also like to state the part you received was completely new, it just wasn't boxed. Tweeters for this series with the grille assembled never come boxed. As I said, from B&W you will receive two separate parts which you have to assemble by your own, at you own risk.

For those considering buying from us, please do your research about pricing before buying. In the unlikely case you can find the same part elsewhere for half the price, go for it.
We never claim a 'lowest price guarantee' or similar, but we offer quality parts, directly from our stock (no waiting time other than the delivery) and try to do so with good service. For a fair price.

Goede prijs en kwaliteit. Snel verzonden ook, maar wel hoge verzendkosten (voor alleen een foamrand en klein potje lijm meer dan 8 euro).

Dank voor uw reactie. Helaas moeten goederen groter dan ongeveer 25 cm, of hoger dan 32 mm, als pakker verstuurd worden.Dit ongeacht het gewicht.
