High standard all round. Turned up - always a good start and not always achieved by all! Turned up on time. Completed work to a high standard. Dealt well with difficult neighbour and cleared up beautifully. Would recommend.

3 or 4th time I've used Special Branch to pollard a HUGE 50yr old weeping willow in my back garden and, yet again, they've done an excellent professional job, from estimate, climbing and cutting, to clean up, at a very reasonable price.
Real nice, friendly crew who arrived on time and completed the job in the most foul and appalling weather.
Their site clean up after the job is far and away better than any previous firm I'd used.

Fantastic service from start to finish, every aspect first class. Turned up to quote the job when they said they would (which is half the battle with some firms), had an extremely clear and efficient job booking system and quoted the work at a reasonable price, then turned up on the day as agreed and completed everything above my expectations leaving everything looking fantastic. In fact it was left tidier than it was before - just what you’d want. I wish all trades I used operated the same way, can’t recommend highly enough.

Brilliant service right from first contact. Estimated two days work (second day was to be stump grinding) but team on first day were able to complete everything. Friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Did everything we wanted and left the area clean and tidy. With imagination and hard work Jack and his team saved us the second day's visit.
