I'm glad you felt supported throughout the process. While hypnotherapy is not a cure for fibromyalgia, many people find it helps them feel more relaxed, more in control, and better able to manage the way pain affects their daily lives. Every session is tailored to the individual, recognising that everyone's experience of chronic pain is different.
