SOS Oxygen レビュー

I have been an SOS customer for a few months and have received excellent customer service. If I have had to call the team my questions have been answered and any problems dealt with, without delay.
For too long in this industry we have been stuck with one supplier, pretty much held to ransome.
SOS service and price plans have been competitive and so far unable to be beaten.

Keep up the hard work team and thank you.

Fantastic service all around, quick to get you what you need - thank you all!

We moved to SOS 2 years ago, fantastic customer service and friendly delivery staff.
Cheapest around would highly recommend them to anyone.

We moved to SOS approx 3 years ago and have not even considered changing supplier since. We have a fab local rep who never stops going out of his way to help. The company as a whole have met everyone of our needs and worked with us throughout covid when times were hard for everyone.
A fab company who appear to only want to please their clients and one of the first medical gas companies we've dealt with that have simple, straight forward pricing structures.

Very friendly and reliable. Quick service when our cylinders needs refiling. Excellent value. We're very satisfied with our experience.

Having been encouraged to change to SOS from a larger very expensive Oxygen supplier we’ve found their support and ability to provide oxygen rapidly to be excellent.

Service has been prompt and despite our unique location we have always had prompt delivery.

Would whole heartedly recommend.

very reliable company and very quick service when oxygen tanks needs refiling. Very satisfied with our experience

I couldn't be more pleased with SOS and their very high standard of customer service. Very easy to organise cylinder exchanges, quick responses to emails etc. The business is small enough for you to always communicate with the same people but big enough to have slick systems in place to ensure your own business functions effectively. Vicky and Mike are very easy to get hold of and really helpful. Mike took time to review my contract with me and recommended a change in cylinder size which would better suit my business and he was absolutely right. I have recommended SOS to other medics and hope that they continue to flourish. Thank you.

Very good communication with the area manager, efficient delivery of items and friendly nature.

Highly recommend!

Awesome service. Very efficient and quick service. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough

5* Company, highly recommend them. Competitive pricing and quick response time

We found the service and pricing to be very affordable, given the current climate of high demand in Hospitals and GP practices. We only use the emergency stand-by cylinders of medical Oxygen, but their responsiveness and helpfulness was very reassuring.

We have been customers of Specialty Oxygen Services for many years and they cover a number of our sites. We have found them to be very supportive and deliver a seamless service. Thank you

Amazing service, quick, friendly and cost effective. Will be using them for all our o2 needs and also recommending to friends.

Absolutely brilliant service as always! I was looking to get Nitronox added To my account and from the initial contact to delivery was really smooth, staff were really helpful and the quality of cylinders and the price are brilliant value for money!

SOS Oxygen are a very efficient and cost-effective way of renting medical gases. From initial enquiry to delivery of the cylinders is trouble-free and easy. They offer much more than the opposition and with free delivery and replacements renting medical gas cylinders is now a simple and lower cost process. Thank you for your help.

A fantastic and reliable provider who you can always trust. Customer service always goes above and beyond.

Excellent service!
It was easy to call and place an order. The phone lines go to an answering machine but they got back to me the very next day. The delivery date was quick
The gentleman who delivered the oxygen cylinder was brilliant. He was very accommodating and planned delivery time as per my convenience. Very professional and had a caring attitude

We have been a customer of Specialty Oxygen Supplies for a couple of years and cannot fault the service they have given. We are an event medical provider who relies on our medical gases and oxygen and sometimes need short notice replacements which is never an issue and always delay with efficiently and professionally. Thoroughly recommended by us at The First Aid Box Training Solutions!

SOS always reply quickly and deliver our cylinders promptly. We will continue to use SOS going forwards as our company continues to grow.
