My experience with the service was so thorough and done in the most respectful way.

They listened to me as a concerned parent. They observed my son across all settings, and explained everything clearly.

The report is very detailed and has finally given us answers and a path forward for referrals.

Their service has been kind, professional and compassionate throughout. They made a very difficult process easier for me.

Dr Ahmed was amazing

absolutely fantastic service, it was by change we came across them as was referred by the nhs due to long waiting times and omg did they not disappoint, from start to finish the doctors were so souring understanding and professional.

they really centre their care around the child and make it an experience that isn’t scary.

so much so that we didn’t even bother with the nhs on our second child’s assessment and went straight to them directly and was seen within 2 weeks of making payment and all appointments and assessments were completed within 6 weeks,

Absolutely amazing service. Making the decision to go private was the best decision. My child would of been on the waiting list for years. Autism Clinic London was the right choice to make, my local authority and The national autisim society spoke very highly of Dr Tayor. The overall experience was really good, 4 weeks later my child had a diagnosis and a report.

I cannot speak highly enough of the clinic and Dr Ioannis who assessed and diagnosed my child. Throughout the whole process, we were treated with genuine kindness, compassion, patience and understanding.

As a parent, feeling truly listened to and supported meant more to me than I can put into words. I deeply appreciate the time, care and effort shown towards both my child and our family. We were treated with respect and without judgement, which made such a difference during an emotional time.

We had a really positive experience with the ACL. The team was kind,professional and very understanding to our son’s needs. They made him feel comfortable and supported throughout the assessment and took time to listen to our concerns as parents as well as our son’s as well. The whole process was handled with lots of care and in a compassionate manner. We are very grateful to the team and would definitely recommend them to other families.

My child was seen by Dr Lateefa. Dr Lateefa was very polite to my child and she made sure I understood the assessment.

The doctor who completed the assessment was very professional and kind and my son did not feel pressured at all. On the contrary he took everything as a game. They explained everything and answered all our questions as well as giving us advice when asked

My son was seen today by Dr Reshmi and she was so lovely. She made sure me, my son and my wife were comfortable. She was very understanding, kind and listening to us very closely which I really appreciated. My son was happy throughout the assessment.

Our experience with ACL and Dr. Claudia Tailor, Mr. Alireza (Ali) Alidina, and Dr. Rakesh Tailor has been nothing short of outstanding. Each of them showed genuine care, patience, and compassion throughout the assessment process.

Dr. Claudia Tailor was incredibly gentle and understanding during the physical and developmental assessments, making us feel completely at ease. Ali demonstrated remarkable expertise and kindness, engaging beautifully and professionally during the speech and language sessions. Dr. Rakesh Tailor provided thoughtful guidance and clear explanations, offering reassurance when we needed it the most.

They worked as a wonderful team, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping families. We are deeply grateful for the care we received and highly recommend them to anyone seeking expert and compassionate support.

My only negative comment is that we had to wait 15 mins past our appointment time, but that said I appreciate that it can sometimes be that way.
Doctor Tailor was lovely. Explained everything that was going to happen and re-assured my son throughout the appointment. She was very efficient and thorough with her examinations.

The best decision we have ever made is to go with the autism clinic. The place was very easy to find and my son loved the building, very spacious and bright and he smiled the whole time. They were on time in fact one of the appointments even started early. Ali was absolutely amazing very informative and brilliant with the kids. He made us feel so comfortable and had an amazing bond with our little boy who is not the easiest to bond with.
Then we saw Claudia who was equally as lovely and welcoming. Very thorough and kept us so informed all the way through explaining everything. I couldn't recommend this company enough!! From the first phone call letting us know exactly how the process would go. It was also very speedy!!

I was seen in the autism clinic for my child. I was seen by lovley claudia tailor. She was really friendly and she made my childs appoinment really relaxing. My child was really focusing on claudia. It was like my child seen her before. Keep up your hard work claudia.

Ali was great, patient and calm with my son for his ADOS. He explained everything to me as we went and summed things up at the end. I felt it was very thorough and helpful as a parent.

Amazing service. The doctors are highly trained and professional, friendly and caring. The level of passion and energy that went into our son's diagnosis process was outstanding. Very fast process (turned around within 2 weeks) as I needed it urgently for the school placement process. Highly recommend.
