En atención a clientes 10/10 si tienes algún inconveniente Carmen te resuelve, no como el otras plataformas que no te dan respuesta.

I was trying to buy something for my daughter, but I was fooled, and instead of getting what she wanted, someone created account in my name and payment for the order used as a membership on their site- which I never agreed to.
So I contacted their support team to terminate that account because, I repeat, I never wanted it and was very upset about all of that.
Paula from escalation team was very persistent to calm me down and offer me a solution that will satisfy both sides.
I give 5 star review for Paula and 1 star review for situation with creating an account for me without my consent.
I hope that you will change your way of doing business and be more precise in your approach.

These guys are really wily in how they confuse what you think you're buying with what is actually bought. I thought I was paying postage for an Automobile Association Emergency Car Kit which I was lead to believe I thought I had bought. Only to find out it's some store of sorts.
I've blocked my card from being used again. I would strongly discourage people from dealing with such unscrupulous and unethical people.

UPDATE: I AM NOW BEING PRESSURISED TO REMOVE MY REVIEW AND THEN THEY WILL REFUND ME THE AMOUNT I PAID. UNBELIEVABLE CHEEK! NO WAY AM I DELETING THIS REVIEW. AVOID SPEEDAMAXED LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ho concluso una trattativa con un'altra ditta e subito mi è apparsa una finestra in cui mi si chiedeva di confermare la mia identità in realtà si tarttava di un passaggio dei miei dati a questa azienda che mi ha iscritto al costo di 45 euro. Ho provato a disiiscrivermi. NIENTE DA FARE i loro 9.85 euro li vogliono anche se vi disiscrivete immeditamente.

Dopo aver pubblicato la recensione, ricevo una mail dal loro sito gemello thesemicars.com:

il quale si scusa con me per l'incomprensione nell'iscrizione e promette che in 5-7 giorni lavorativi mi rimborserà la cifra.
Dopo 20 gg, ovviamente, nessun rimborso. Volevano solo che cambiassi la mia recensione che oggi è notevolmente più negativa di 20 gg fa.
Ripeto state lontani da thesezicars.com e amazedspeed.com
