I ordered an item on December 8th that was in stock according to their web site. I figured that would be plenty of time to get here before Christmas. WRONG!!! WRONG!!! Thanks to their mishandling and... もっず芋る

Half the order shipped fast. The second part shows in stock but did not ship and the customer service is not responding. HORRIBLE customer Service. No responds to any email or calls.

I saw this jacket online 


I saw this jacket online I've been looking for. I bought it. It came promptly but it was kinda tight. I procrastinate so a couple of weeks later I sent it back. They sent me another one a week or so later. Fits great! :)

Very good

I was looking for a specific shirt, this website had it. I was able to get free shipping and they shipped quickly. When the package came in they included a coupon for 10% off my next purchase so I went back and purchase the same shirt just in a different color. Thumbs up.

outstanding

placed the order on 6-12. about an hour after the order was placed and noticed the free express shipping offer for fathers day. Called the number and explained what happened. Changed the shipping from the 3-10 days to now 3-5 days. Got the package on 6-15

Awesome service

Making a purchase with them is easy and quick. Their customer service also responds so fast and I commend them for that. Will definitely making another purchase with Speedgear.

Not professional

Placed the order online. After one week without any shipment notification and not being able to track the status online, I called and they could not tell me what happened to the order! After a lot of struggle, they finally shipped, but once again, no notification or tracking information. Not professional or well structured.

Speedgear Experience

I have always enjoyed shopping at Speedgear. They have always filled my orders promptly and I have never had a problem with faulty merchandise or not getting something I ordered, or getting something I didn't order instead of what I actually ordered. This has not always been true with every online store I have shopped.
