This company is the worst I am taking my claim to the better business bureau for sure. If you're seeing this don't even bother wasting your time and money. 5 weeks in and still no shoes or communication.

Preordered Jordan 4 “Lakers”’on Feb 4. The shoe released on 3/4 and was told the latest I should receive my order was 3/21…Emailed them on 3/24 and was given an apology and was told their was a slight delay but that the order was now scheduled to be shipped in 3-7 days…When yet again after 7 days I still had not received my order or any communication, I emailed again on 4/2 requesting a refund if my order couldn’t be fulfilled now, since at this point it’s been more than 2 months since the order was placed and more than a month since it was released. I haven’t received any response since. What’s really ridiculous is I can literally go to any legitimate site at this point and the shoes are readily available with immediate shipping available, but somehow they are having a hard time getting a GS size of a shoe that clearly is not that scarce. But, lesson learned, I’ll have to let my bank get involved at this point. SMH

I pre ordered the gamma 11 got two updates after that nothing . After numerous email haven’t heard back from them smh !!!!!!

Do not buy from this company they are liars and scammers no communication or they care is about your money they give you a timeline that you're supposed to receive your sneakers and you don't they never answer the emails it's 2 months now and I still haven't received my Air Jordan 8s Bugs Bunny, I was even given a fake tracking number of UPS they refuse to refund you your money for their scamming issues do not purchase anything from this business they do this to everyone this is my second time giving them a try

I placed a pre-order for an upcoming Air Jordan 3 retro “Spring is in the air”, it is scheduled to be released on March 2026, unfortunately I got an emergency and have to leave out of the United States for at least 8 weeks and I wont be available to receive the shoes.
I contacted the customer service and they were very responsive, professional and fast.
They processed my request to cancel the order immediately.

Please do not waste your time or money using this shoe company I preordered the Jordan 6 bin 23 at a high cost they customer service sucks they’re aren’t able to produce the shoe had me waiting for over a month just to say it was a problem with the seller and they’re are not able to fulfill the order after I had to write support please don’t waste your time or money on this company

Heard about this company from a reliable source we know in NYC. However, our 15 year old son is still waiting on an pre- order from back in Octocber 10th for the Gamma 11 size 12. We still haven't received his package or any shipping information for this package that he ordered. We also sent a message to the company via Instagram. Someone did reach back out sevreal weeks after and had let us know a few weeks back via email, that the shipment would be coming to us soon within the next 4-10 business day, and that the overall shipment that was coming late. After a few more weeks we still haven't received it or heard anything. We just recevied a message via Instagram last weekend stating someone would get back to us within 24-48 hours with an ETA for shipping a week later still nothing. Now not to mentioned our son had placed four other addtional orders on their website right after the gamma 11 purchase. For two of the upcoming Feb releases and a March and May release as well. Now this company seems like legitmate company with a couple of store fronts in NYC. I dont see an active phone number for them and they have made some effort to contact us back but then we get ghosted for a few more weeks. Those gammas released on or around December 15 2025 its now Febuary 16th is an incredibly amout of time for our son just to recieve his pair that he secured back on October 10th. Someone needs to honor this and get it corrected this shoe is not that hard to obtain. Please let us know something regarding any news about this upcoming order that we are still waiting on. If we ever get them I will be glad to come back on here and re-rate Sole Serrious if they take care of our son and get it corrected. Sole please step in and do something about this.

So I pre ordered the reimagined 5s and the gamma 11s for me and my wife. Almost $1000 in shoes in February or 2025. Since than both shoes were released. First being the 5s. I waited weeks for an update or tracking information. After weeks of waiting I began emailing which to my surprise I got a response pretty much saying "they didnt get there full shipment" and that if I wanted a different shoe to let them know or I could wait a week to 3 weeks more to get the 5s I ordered. So obviously I choose to wait for the shoes I had originally ordered. After the week to 3 weeks I began emailing again cause I still hadn't received any update or tracking info. I got a response fairly quickly about them just refunding my payment for the 2 pairs of 5s. Fast forward to December when the 11s dropped. Same kinda story. Said the full shipment wasn't received and I could pick a different shoe or wait. So since being 10 months of waiting already I picked to wait. I finally emailed them again 1/24/26 to get an update on my order. I received a response stating that they are very sorry and it would ship out the end of the the following week or early thats following week. Fast forward to now. I've been emailing them with no response what so ever. No update nothing. Ill never buy from them again.

Update.
Finally after I did multiple reviews on multiple websites they Finally emailed me. Stating they would ship out my shoes finally. Which they did and I did infact receive them. I wish it wasn't such a painful process to actually get my shoes i ordered when with other websites ive never had problems with. What really upset me was how I would have to email them and ask about my order just to receive an email back stating that they haven't received their shipment yet and then they would want me to pick a different pair of shoes to get when honestly the shoes I pre ordered are the ones I wanted. I believe they do this cause whats weird/funny is on their website they will be selling the shoes that they supposedly didnt receive but for more than the pre ordered price was. Honestly im just glad I received the shoes I pre ordered and wanted but not sure if ill be ordering from them again..

Lied about when my shoes would be shipped. Stopped responding and it has been over two months since I was supposed to receive my shoes. DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL!!! Scammers!!!

So I pre-ordered a pair of Air Jordan Retro 4 "Flight Clubs" from Soleseriouss, and I had an excellent experience with this website! My shoes were shipped within the 2 week time period, as they said they would be. Also, my shoes showed up within the 5 day time period they said it would take. The shoes came brand new, in prefect condition, and definitely authentic, as promised. Every email I sent them was answered quickly, and they were very nice and professional. I read a lot of mixed reviews about this website, the negative ones mainly being about lack of communication through emails and very long shipping times, going well over the promised 2 weeks until shipped. I don't know if they noticed these problems and fixed them, or if I got lucky, but my experience was perfect and communicating with them was quick and easy. I will definitely be pre-ordering again in the future and if my experience changes, I will write an updated review. As for now, 5 stars Soleseriouss!

Never received my order! Ordered Dec 13 and never received. Stay Away

I have pre ordered the Jordan gammas since December 7 th and I have not received any update on it,it has not even been shipped

This is my first time ordering from this store, and definitely will be the last lol, anyway I preordered 2 pairs of Jordan gamma’s 11 since September, one for me and son, being that the release date was Dec13 and was promised that they’d ship out within the release date and two week time frame, expecting to receive them prior to my sons bday Jan 15th, however I got excuses in regards to inventory shipping delay, they had a ton of them selling at a marked up price but I guess preorders are put on the back burner from other reviews I read as well, in which is a sign of a lack of integrity. Anyway I cancelled the orders and was fully refunded. Shoutout to StockX coming through in the clutch 💪🏾💯ordered them today and expecting delivery tomorrow, that’s the only way I expect to do business anything less is uncivilized 😤

I pre-order the Gama‘s on the 5th of December, the shoe came out on the 13th. You would think you would get the shoe right away but no there is a two week process after ordering these shoes or for what they emailed me. I’m very disappointed in this place never had a problem before, but now My sOn sits under the tree sad because his Jordans did not come in.

I’ve preordered several pairs of Jordans from SOLE SERIOUSS. My shoes always show up in perfect condition. There was a delay for one pair and SOLE SERIOUSS went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. They were AMAZING to work with and even made sure to expedite the shoes! Great customer service is hard to find these days but SOLE SERIOUSS is top tier!

Purchased three pair of pre order one of the pre order pair released mid November haven't received them as of yet. I haven't heard a peep from them. I have sent them 7 emails with absolutely no response at all very poor customer service in my opinion

Friendly people with good prices and good customer service made it easy to pick through their selection recommend people to check it out
