Welcome to Speedy Prints based in Saltash Cornwall. Est 1996. We provide many printing services. We believe that high quality and attention to detail is very important. We check each and every print by eye to ensure a flawless printing service every time. We have many years of experience and will always put the customer first. We are proud to have worked with many satisfied customers over the years. over 26 years! to be precise, producing and printing beautiful photos from mobile phones, USB's and emails and various formats. We have also preserved precious memories of family and friends from converting old video tapes to digital format. good quality and service,l walked past the shop when l was in Saltash,top of the road to the left when facing downwards,on the main road,you can visit as well as mail order.

Great print quality, basic but efficient upload and fast delivery.
Notably, unlike some other photo printing services I've used who seem to aggressively compress photos on upload, the images came out just as sharp as the originals I uploaded. The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was that some of the prints appeared to have been trimmed with a slightly blunt blade, but that's only noticeable if you run your finger along the edge.

Great service
Great service. Used one-use cameras for a birthday party and sent just before Christmas. Expected them to take a while but they were developed and returned very quickly (company lived up to their name!!)
Really easy process to send the cameras to them. Speedy Prints kept us informed of when they were received and again when they had dispatched the prints back to us.
Would definitely recommend and use again

Super fast developing and delivery.
I have been getting my disposable cameras developed by boots but she they stopped doing it, I was lost. My daughter found your company online so now I can get them developed again. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick I received them. I will definitely be using again.

Unpleasant exchange
Sadly had a very bad experience. Sent my daughters film in. When not heard back I asked. They sent photo of packages they have with no number on. I thought I saw my package from their photo. They sent me the photos without checking the content of them were mine. I got rid of someone elses photos immediately as I would hope anyone would if they accidentally recieve someone's photos. But they then accused me of 'falsely claiming' someone elses photos. Several unpleasant emails later, then they suddently say mine were in postoffice and had underpaid postage. I said I would pay difference, didnt want a refund but please just send my daughters film back. They then send back without paying full postage - which is extremely petty. What was meant to be a simple thing turned into a horrible exchange.

We rely on customers to pay the correct postage costs when sending in orders and to correctly identify their packages. If this is not the case, this can delay your order and incur additional charges as set out in our terms. If your order is delayed, we will ask you to look through the lost and found section on our site which shows packages with no order numbers, surnames or any other kind of identification. As this is the most common reason for an order being delayed. Again we rely on the customer to correctly identify their package/ film.
Unfortunenlty you identified another customers package and claimed this as your own before realising your film was being held by the postal office. So it is not for us to question a customer when they identify a package.
We cannot suggest whether or not these are indeed your photographs after processing said claimed film nor can we be made responsible for a package that may be held by the post office due to unpaid postage fees. Again we cannot identify a held package and match up to a specific order prior to paying the fees on behalf/for the customer. Orders can only be identified once the package has been opened and an order number has been included.
When you emailed to say "these are not my photos" after identifying the package as your own, prior to the held postage collection, and after us sending them to you by post, we simply asked you to send back the wrongly identified photos which also contained a customers important films. And this is where the hic up has occurred. As this was not our fault, postage would need to be paid for to return the wrongly identified film/photos back to us. But you had disposed of them.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully regarding order identification and what happens if this exact error occurs. Which is a first for us in all honesty.
Normally we would offer a gesture of good will but on this occasion we are not at fault and another customer is now disappointed due to their film being wrongly claimed and disposed of.
Regarding the unpaid postage, when we returned your film. Please be assured that all packages are pre weighed before posting to avoid postage cost errors. But on very rare occasions this can happen. Please send us a picture of the receipt when you collected and paid the additional fee. We will be more than happy to reimburse this as set out in terms. It is certainly not our intention to be - Petty. We are a professional family run business and would certainly not intend on provoking or deliberately causing any kind of disruption or negative response.
We are sorry you feel that way and have felt you have had a bad experience using our services. But we have tried to resolve this to the best of our ability and within our terms set out on our site. Please be aware terms are available prior to ordering and during order checkout which would of been read and agreed to before order completion.
We sincerely hope you stay safe during these tough and stressful times and have a happy Christmas.

Great stuff, got 5x APS films printed which cost in the region of £50, took a bit longer to arrive than others but wasn't in a rush
Others quoting £80 for 5, so I will be using SpeedyPrints again
The pics are fab I was chuffed with the Wetransfer but even better getting the glossy prints
