Welcome to Speedy Prints based in Saltash Cornwall. Est 1996. We provide many printing services. We believe that high quality and attention to detail is very important. We check each and every print by eye to ensure a flawless printing service every time. We have many years of experience and will always put the customer first. We are proud to have worked with many satisfied customers over the years. over 26 years! to be precise, producing and printing beautiful photos from mobile phones, USB's and emails and various formats. We have also preserved precious memories of family and friends from converting old video tapes to digital format. We often get great feedback from customers who have asked us to either print, restore or digitise these wonderful moments. There are many services that we provide. To many to list. I've took a look at some of these


I've took a look at some of these negative reviews on here and the responses. I can honestly say, hand on heart that this company will do their up best and beyond when it comes to service and communication. I have never had an issue with services or communication from these guys and have ALWAYS received a fantastic service.

We do try our best and we will always keep our customers informed, providing they have given correct contact details ;) informed us of any issues ;) understand that the shop closes at a certain time ;) send us the advised resolution of image to the given email address ;) inform us if they want us to edit and make adjustment's to images ;) ......I think we've made our point. We are a small family of dedicated developers and printers with 25 years of experience and yes we will do our up most to provide a service that encourages our customers to return. Thanks again Dean.

To see old memories printed out is not


To see old memories printed out is not only a great feeling but a fun time to be had with family when sitting there and going through them all. This was a very old film and Speedy produced excellent photos from it.

My 3rd time using this company for


My 3rd time using this company for disposable camera processing and printing. Each and every time they deliver as expected. Although this time they exceeded expectations and i received my order quicker than usual.

Used their photo restoration service


Used their photo restoration service for a really old picture of my grandparents, and I couldn’t believe the difference. The photo was discolored and damaged, but they brought it back to life so beautifully. It’s now framed in our living room. The staff was lovely and explained the whole process clearly.

Great service

Great service. I popped in with a few slides i needed transferring to digital, I was in a bit of a rush as it was for a funeral memorial. Speedy by name aspeedy by nature. Great value and service. What more could you want..

Avoid

I placed an order online to have three cameras developed. A message appeared on screen saying that my payment was unsuccessful, upon checking my bank account I realised that the money had been taken out of my account. I proceeded to check my emails, no order confirmation had been sent to my self.

I then contacted speedy prints via telephone and was told that they will resend order confirmation. A few hours passed and no order confirmation had been sent to myself.

I sent a message via their website to which no one responded and they still have not responded almost 72 hours later.

I was forced to claim this money back through my bank.

I understand that companies can have issues and that things sometimes do go wrong. All you needed to do was honour what you said you was going to do eg- send order confirmation. Communication from yourselves would have gone a long way.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and would like to address your concerns regarding your recent experience with our company.

We understand your frustration with the communication issues you encountered. Upon reviewing your account, it appears that an incorrect email address was provided during registration. As a result, when our staff attempted to respond to your inquiries, the emails bounced back.

An order confirmation email was sent to the incorrect email address, which would have included instructions on how to send your disposable cameras and updates on your order processing. Unfortunately, due to the incorrect email address, you did not receive this information.

In regards to refunds, please be aware that the process typically takes up to 3 days to complete. However, when you initiated a chargeback with your bank, it triggered an investigation that can significantly delay the refund process as payments are disputed back and forth between banks as stated in the agreed terms which you would have agreed to during checkout.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We strongly encourage our customers to contact us by phone if they encounter any issues with their orders, as this allows us to address and resolve them promptly.

We value yours and all our customers business and certainly would not operate in such a manner that puts a negative blight upon our reputation of being renowned for our communication and reliability our small family run business has worked hard to build over the years.

Great service

We have used them a few times to print both U.K. and U.S. passport photos. We had a last minute change to a photo to be printed, which they were happy to amend which was greatly appreciated! The photos are always printed and mailed quickly too.

Brilliant service!

Brilliant service!
Lots of emails updating me every step of the process.
Also a refund for part of the fee as I paid for the wrong size film, my mistake and they automatically refunded me.

Excellent service from Speedy Prints. Delighted with my prints after I ordered the wrong size. Becki was super helpful and sorted me out with the correct size which arrived next day. Will definitely use again.

(SPEEDY) prints - is definitely right

I lost my mum this summer, and looking through her things, we found 31 reels of film, some older than 18 years old, looking for the best way to get so many developed, I found speedy prints online and it has great reviews , and they have definitely lived up to them. great communication, great price, speedy 3 day delivery, well packed. and it only took 6 days to develop 31 films, from the day they received them, to them posting them back. the pictures came out better than I thought, considering there age. I am very happy with speedy prints and would use them again, and would definitely recommend to a friend.
