Total BS. I searched my whole website using the Control/F command in the browser, and it didn't find the "misspelled" word in question. I don't know what their scam is, but I wouldn't go to their website.

Bogus alert -- so glad I checked out this site before spending more time on this.

This is scam, it reported a last name as wrong. Clearly automated and just trying to make you visit their webpage...

Hey Kerri, I'm the person that spell-checks the spellchecker. Clearly, you have an inferior product. Bugger off, please.

Total rubbish - spam message received and clearly they can't even spell the word in question. It is correct on my website, not on their message though.

Definitely spam via your website's contact form.

This Kerri woman submitted a contact form on my lab website:

Gordus isn't even a word that can be spell-checked, it's someone's last name. I'm glad I googled their site and saw that literally everyone else was reporting them for spam as well.

Dodgy selling using websites contact forms hoping for a bite from new businesses or those delving into the internet.

This is the second time these people have submitted a correction to us via our contact form. Except this time, it is for a typo that isn't even on our site anymore. I fixed it already. Google's cached version of our site shows it which makes me wonder if they are just searching for misspelled words and contacting everyone who come up.

Spam! So glad I Googled 'Spellscan' before going directly to the site!

I wish I knew a way to stop scammers like this!

Got the same message from Kerri. I did have a misspelled word but was leery of the tool she suggested. This was my reply to her.

spamming me more than once telling me - It looks like you've misspelled the word "jewellery" on your website but its a UK site and its the correct spelling. Replied the first time to say thank you but 'do' one didnt bother the second time. Timewasters!

Kerry Collins doesn’t sent me an email telling me that I will loose credibility if I don’t correct the spelling of a word on my website. I sent him back an email and the email doesn’t exist. He sent an email from my website....
