Great service, I booked a 4 hours move-out cleaning session one week in advance. The 2 staff came on time and did a great job, the place was spotless. The price is a bit high but I still 100% recommend for a reliable and efficient service.

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by this cleaning company. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, professional, and efficient.
Overall, very good experience.

Wij zijn een familiebedrijf, recent opgericht, maar met meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in de schoonmaaksector. Dankzij deze ervaring zijn wij gespecialiseerd in schoonmaak na renovatie en nieuwbouw, het opleverklaar maken van gebouwen en het periodiek reinigen van kantoren.

Everything went smoothly and as planned, despite the snow. The cleaner was very detailed and careful albeit spoke no English and very basic French. No problems in communication though. It was a five-star service but will get only four due to the extremely high price.

Before moving in, the appartment needed a cleaning session.The lady was so nice and made it spotless in 3h. Especially the kitchen cabinets. Highly recommend!

Professional and the sweetest humans you could ever encounter! I was such a scatter brain I made a ragu, and had to run out for an appointment, and left the food cooking, left the cleaners and they had to leave and they switch everything off for me.. saved my apartment. The customer service department was quick with responding. They went the extra mile.. absolutely 5 stars! 🌟

This was a fantastic company to work with. It was easy to schedule the cleaning on the date I requested (which was about three days away). The quote was accurate. I did five hours for a new house serious clean including windiows (the house is a corner house with multiple huge windows).
Two cleaners showed up exactly on time, quickly understood what I had in mind and got to work. When I came back four hours later they were still on schedule and when they left exactly five hours later the house was sparkling. I mean sparkling. Even the windows were cleaned on both sides without a streak. They even wiped down the inside of the cabinets in all of the rooms.
The only complaint I have is that they left before I thought to give them a very generous tip because they really went above and beyond and I will use this service for cleaning on a regular basis in future.

Very positive experience even if the cleaner did not turn up. I contacted CS through their site to find out what happened and Rafael got quicky back to me by phone to inform and give me a solution. The cleaner came the day that Rafael confirmed and did a good job.

The lady was wonderful, polite and did a wonderful job. I will continue to use Spic and Span for all my future cleaning needs
