The cleaner was thorough and effective. All was cleaned and presentable, including trash removal and balcony.
I only need to discuss a few ideas about where things go ( which cupboards or shelves to use) , as it took me a bit to find a few things I needed.
But overall it was great.

The cleaner did a fantastic job! One of my requests was to have her wash the windows, and she didnât finish until they were spotlessly clean. She also took great care of the rest of my home. I hope I can request her for my next appointment!

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. Overall I'm satisfied, but I had a couple minor issues. I paid for a deep cleaning and got what I would consider a partial deep cleaning. The girl who deep cleaned the kitchen did an amazing job. The rest of the apartment was debatable whether it was considered a normal cleaning, much less a deep clean. Our apartment wasn't very dirty but they didn't dust the guest bedroom at all. The windows were only half cleaned on the inside and not well. I don't know if they do outside windows, but they weren't done. Some small things looked like they weren't moved and cleaned behind. I'm not sure what they do or don't do when it comes to that. But since it wasn't very dirty, just mostly dusty I wasn't going to make an issue of it. Just wanted to put that out there for those who have certain expectations. It's also possible that one of the 2 cleaners didn't do what the others normally do. Not sure I would hold it against the entire company.
However, the kitchen was my only real concern since the rest of the place was not very dirty and it was very clean. When they charged me for the full 4 hour estimated time and they left after 2 hours, the company corrected it and adjusted the bill. Excellent customer service.
The dust was easy for me to clean. The windows I give a pass on because while I specified having windows cleaned, I didn't specify the oven and she cleaned it spotless. So to me it evened.out.
I think I would use them again for regular monthly cleanings. A deep cleaning I would specify my expectations beforehand and get clarification on what they do and don't do. Hope this helps.

Company you can't relay on at all
Advertising that you can book cleaning even in 2 hours in advance, but fail to fulfil request done in 3 DAYS in advance. Just a blocker for cleaning companies which fails to do simple things.

Poor customer service
Tried to book a clean, despite sending over the Google PIN of the location, Anne tells me (in her opinion) the address does not exist (because it clearly does according to Ctt, Google and everyone else) and cancelled my last minute booking so I could not even make payment. When I pointed out that the address is on Google maps, Anne just stopped responding. A service that is supposed to make life easier and minimise stress does the opposite.

We did not say the address doesn't exist; we mentioned that the full address, including the door number, doesn't appear on Google Maps. This means the cleaner will not be able to find it. Our screenshot shows the result when we enter the complete location.
Simply displaying "the street name " does not help in this case.
We are here to assist, but it won't be possible without a valid link directly to the customer's house.
