Easy to book and the two cleaners came on time and left on time. They did a really good job cleaning all the appartment, and I could notice a difference from the before and after. And they work on Sunday!

Good and bad
At first, I thought their service was good, but overall I was disappointed. I specifically asked and booked services that included limescale removal and other detailed requests, and it did not seem like the cleaners were informed or prepared for those tasks. This makes me question whether the company properly communicates job details to their staff.
I also requested two cleaners, but the service did not feel like a professional move-out deep clean. The job was just okay, and I was expecting a higher standard considering the price. For a move-out cleaning, I expected more professional tools, products, and attention to detail.
Unfortunately, my move-out inspection did not go well. I was told the property still needed additional cleaning, and even the inspection feedback stated that the cleaning job was not done properly.
That said, I do not want to take away from the cleanersâ effort. They clearly worked hard and tried their best. I believe the issue is more with training, preparation, and communication from the company rather than the cleaners themselves.

They immediately contacted the main telephone number to inform that the cleaner was on the way to the correct address, but unfortunately, this was not accepted.
We would like to clarify that the appointment was confirmed via email in two ways: first, with an automatic message sent to the email used during the booking, and second, with a follow-up communication.
