I submitted my payout request on March 10 (id 21555659) and was officially informed that the payout had been approved and would be processed within 5 business days.

2 months later, I am still waiting for the majority of my funds.

I received only around 30% of the payout, without any prior notice that the payment would be split into multiple transactions. Since then, support has repeatedly provided deadlines that were never respected.

Communication became extremely poor most of my messages have been ignored since April 22, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still cannot get a clear payment date.

At this point, this does not look like a professional payout process. Delaying client payouts for nearly 2 months while continuously missing deadlines and avoiding communication is completely unacceptable.

Be very careful if you expect fast and reliable payouts from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with SpiceProp. I submitted a withdrawal request (#21641967) on April 24th. According to their own rules, payouts should be processed within 1-5 business days. Today is May 8th, which marks the 10th business day of waiting.
The funds have already been debited from my trading terminal, but I haven't received anything in my TRC20 wallet. Support keeps giving me vague answers about "technical issues" without any specifics or a TXID. This is a clear violation of their own terms. I hope this review speeds up the process, and I will update it once (or if) I receive my funds.

UPDATE (May 10): The funds have finally arrived in my wallet. It took 12 business days in total instead of the promised 5. The issue was resolved only after I posted this review and reached out publicly. I’m increasing the rating because I received the payout, but the communication and delays definitely need improvement.

The main issue is the delayed payments. It's not always pleasant when results are delayed, but the most important thing is that you can get everything in the end.

Regarding communication with support on Discord and Telegram, everything was fine; I kept in touch. I'd also like to thank the Discord support team and their lead specialist, Sergey, for their help. I continue to work with this company and hope for improvement.

After I fulfilled all their required rules, they told me they needed to verify my account because I had traveled. It took them over 20 days.

On top of that, they told me that my IP address had changed, which is normal when you travel.

From the profit that had already been split and from which I was supposed to receive 80%, they made another deduction, and I was left with only 65% of that 80% because I had traveled and used different IP addresses.

I accepted that.

I then received an email saying they had approved it with the finance team. After that, I received another email from finance saying the payout was approved and would take 1–5 days.

It has already been almost 2 weeks, and they still won’t send me the money. I have no updates.

The support team refuses to reply to my emails, even though they see my messages. A live chat agent confirmed that they have seen them.

Can I go to the ECC and file a complaint against them?

They kept me waiting for almost a month without approving the payout, and I couldn’t even trade. They kept me blocked without communication.

They are making a mockery of me and their customers.

I have all the evidence if needed.

Spiceprop completely locked me out of my account just because I didn't place a trade for one month. It makes zero sense, especially since any real trader knows there are times when the market is terrible and you just need to sit on your hands. Definitely skip this prop firm unless you want to feel constantly pressured to force bad positions just to keep your account alive.

Me parece una muy buena y oportuna atención, si tienes algún problema te atienden dé forma inmediata y con amabilidad.
