They don't care about their clients
My problem is they donât send an email (reminder) few days before closing the account. As I have many accounts, all other firms are sending emails 3-4 days before closing it !
They only think about how to take money, and they don't care about their clients and thatâs why Iâd never ever recommend this firm !

The worst thing you could think of, i have bought a challenge from them and they stole my money and they said that we're not responsible for the loss of your money how is that even possible I've sent them money for something in their landing page and they said its our problem with QR_CODE and then you won't refund the money. you should be more responsible as truthful, and professional.

Traders from Vietnam cannot complete KYC after finishing the program
I successfully completed the training program and received the confirmation certificate from SpiceProp. However, after finishing everything, I received an email stating that citizens from Vietnam cannot pass the KYC procedure due to regulatory reasons.
This information was not clearly stated before starting the program. As a result, traders like me can spend a lot of time trading, completing the challenge, and only later discover that we are not eligible to withdraw because KYC cannot be completed.
I believe this restriction should be clearly communicated at the registration stage so traders from restricted countries do not waste their time.
The trading environment itself seemed fine, but the lack of transparency regarding country restrictions is very disappointing.
I hope the company will clearly list unsupported countries before allowing traders to participate.
