Bad experience with Spice Prop.
I would like to share my personal experience with Spice Prop.
I waited for approximately 5–6 months after completing the required process, expecting either a payout or clear communication regarding the next steps. Unfortunately, during this time, I did not receive the outcome I was expecting.
In my experience, support communication has been very limited. Messages sent via Discord and Telegram were not answered, and refunds that were mentioned earlier were still pending at the time of writing this review.
The company displays a payout board on its website, which is intended to show successful payments. However, from what I observed and reviewed personally, I have concerns about the transparency of how these transactions are presented.
When I raised these concerns and asked for clarification, I was removed from the Discord server, which left me without a clear channel to continue the discussion.
This review is shared solely based on my own experience, and I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do thorough research and proceed with caution.

Probably one of the worst firms
Never buy an account from this prop firm ! They change or “update” the rules without sending any email. My account has been closed due to inactivity. I agree that they have this rule on the website (as far as I remember was for 30 days like most of the firms) but suddenly I found out that is 21 days INCLUDING WEEKENDS ! I agree even with that, but my problem is they don’t send an email (reminder) few days before closing the account. As I have many accounts, all other firms are sending emails 3-4 days before closing it !
The worst and most ridiculous part has happened when I’ve contacted them to ask the reason for closing it. They told me the reason but also they told me : I CAN RESET YOUR ACCOUNT AS AN EXCEPTION IF YOU LEAVE A REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT AND SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH HS ! ( I have proof for all of these but unfortunately I can’t upload here)
For me…begging for a review is ridiculous !
That’s my experience and that’s why I’d never ever recommend this firm !

Fast to charge but slow follow ups
The payment was processed quickly (Dec 30th) but my account was blocked without a clear explanation. Support claims a €555 drawdown was reached, however, my MT5 and SpiceProp account show the maximum drawdown was only €486, which is below the limit, four screenshots were attached as proof and no solution has been provided (Feb 18th).

Passed challenge but payout/refund delayed for months despite multiple promises
I passed my SpiceProp 🌶️ challenge and had confirmed profit, however my payout has been delayed for months without resolution.
Timeline:
• 22/07/2025: Challenge passed
• 05/08/2025: Withdrawal requested (€419.85)
• 16/08/2025: Official Discord announcement stated that all pending payouts would be completed by September 2025
• 22/08/2025: Support told me to wait for an email from the Risk Department
• 15/09/2025: New announcement confirmed SpiceProp’s withdrawal from the Vietnam market and mentioned NDA + refund handling
• 22/09/2025: I contacted support again because I never received the NDA email
• Support replied that my refund request was still “in the processing queue”, with no timeline
• 26/09/2025: I emailed Risk Management directly and was asked to re-explain my case again
Throughout this period, I repeatedly followed official instructions and waited patiently because SpiceProp made multiple public promises about resolving payouts. Unfortunately, until now, no payout or refund has been completed, and no concrete timeline has ever been provided.
I am sharing my experience for transparency, so other traders can make an informed decision and understand the potential risks related to payout and refund processing.
