Qick and complete supply, outstanding care in packaging, every glass separated by some carton layers and placed in a uniqely, closed bag to avoid cocking up the entire parcel. Perfect!

Despite paying extra for Monday delivery, they didn't deliver on Monday. And when I called to know the status they asked me to email one of their other teams. The delivery was also full of hassle.

Awesome experience. Ordered Saturday. Dispatched Monday. Received on Wednesday (Berlin to Heidenheim, DHL). As I ordered fresh vegetables, they immediately dispatched on Monday. Missing stock was confirmed immediately on phone call and took confirmation from me for the replacement item. All items in place as ordered. Highly recommended.
