Je wint nooit iets je kunt alleen maar verliezen.
Meerdere malen om een account van gevraagd maar dat doen ze niet zeggen steeds neem maar pauze of meer geluk de volgende keer, en je kunt je eigen account niet stop zetten.
Je word nooit gecompenseerd met je losses sterker nog ze zeggen dat je geluk er aan komt maar dat komt nooit ze reageren ook alleen zolang je er maar geld in blijft stoppen. Kort gezegd blijf hier weg zond evan je geld want je kunt niet winnen.
Disputed Bets of €4,320 and Two Ignored Self-Exclusion Requests – No Response from Spinalto Casino
My experience with Spinalto Casino has been extremely disappointing and concerning. I feel it is important to share what has happened so that other players are aware.
1. Disputed Bets Totaling €4,320
While playing on the platform, two bets of €2,160 each were recorded on my account. I did not knowingly select or authorize bets of these amounts, nor was I aware that such large sums were being wagered.
At the time, I was experiencing delays and apparent technical issues with the platform.
I contacted Spinalto Casino to request a full investigation and an explanation of these transactions. However, despite my complaint, I have received no substantive response or clarification.
I am requesting a thorough investigation, access to the relevant transaction records, and a refund of the disputed €4,320 if the transactions cannot be shown to have been properly authorized.
2. Two Self-Exclusion Requests Ignored
Even more concerning, I have requested self-exclusion from the casino on two separate occasions because I no longer wish to have access to gambling activities.
Despite these requests, I have received no confirmation that my account has been restricted or that my self-exclusion has been implemented.
Self-exclusion is a serious responsible gambling measure intended to protect vulnerable players. The apparent lack of action or communication regarding these requests raises serious concerns about player protection.
3. Complete Lack of Communication and Accountability
What concerns me most is not only the significant amount of money involved, but also the lack of meaningful communication and transparency.
I am publicly asking Spinalto Casino to:
Investigate the two disputed bets totaling €4,320. Provide a detailed written explanation and relevant technical records. Address my request for reimbursement. Immediately confirm and implement my self-exclusion. Provide an official response to my complaints.
I will update this review if the casino provides a meaningful response or resolves these issues.
Until then, I strongly advise other players to exercise extreme caution when using this platform, particularly regarding large bets, technical issues, and responsible gambling protections.
I expect Spinalto Casino to take these complaints seriously and respond without further delay.
Ik heb het casino maar liefst 8 keer per e-mail verzocht om mijn account vanaf 4 september 2026 te blokkeren. In plaats van mijn verzoek serieus te nemen, kreeg ik onder andere de volgende reacties:
“… I don’t think it’s necessary to take such a drastic step as permanently blocking your account. 😊…”
“…I have a guess that something frustrating has happened to you. Please be assured that I am here to handle everything you want me to and be your shoulder to cry on.
Is there anything you would like me to do to make you stay?…”
Deze reactie staat in schril contrast met hun eigen uitspraak in een andere Trustpilot-review:
“…Account closure and responsible gaming requests are taken seriously…”
Ook ontving ik een e-mail waarin werd bevestigd dat mijn verzoek in behandeling zou worden genomen. Inmiddels zijn we een maand verder en kan ik nog steeds geld storten en spelen op mijn account.
Wees gewaarschuwd als je overweegt hier te spelen. Verantwoord gokken zou altijd serieus genomen moeten worden en dat is helaas niet wat ik heb ervaren.
En voor de bot die reageert onder deze reviews: ik heb jullie een mail gestuurd op 8 oktober 19:09 naar jullie vip support mail reageer daar maar op ;)
Op 14 oktober reageerde jullie op mijn review op jullie verbannen account van Trustpilot dat jullie het zouden oplossen en dat jullie het probleem serieus nemen. Inmiddels nog steeds geen reactie en geen acties ondernomen. Mensen pas A.U.B. op met deze site.
