Happy to take your money but the minute you try to withdraw that’s it, firstly you get charged a percentage to withdraw your funds then the proper fun starts, you have to have your withdrawal checked 😳🀣 72 hours later , then they tell you it should be in your account 5 working days later, when that’s been and gone, they fob you off and put it back in your account for the process to start again, then ask you for 3 different forms of id, one of which is still pending so no doubt will be knocked back ( bank card, so can’t be wrong) but you can guarantee something with be to delay payment even more 🀬🀬

A happy ending but not without quite a lot of effort on my part. 


I opened an account with Spinit about 2 weeks ago. Withdrawals when I won went into my account within the expected timeframe the first twice so were very happy to play with them.
Then came the request for account verification. I uploaded my documents and received an e mail confirming I had done so. It was explained it might take 72 hours for the documents to be verified. My pending withdrawals would be withheld until this happened. 48 hrs later I received an e mail saying they had not received the front of my driving licence. I sent it again. 48hrs later I received another similar e mail. I sent it again. I had kept a screenshot of the uploaded document. Each time it happened I contacted the chat support line who assured me it had been received but would again take 72hrs before verification. I received an e mail this morning for the third time saying they had not received it. Yet again I contacted the chat helpline. Zoey was my contact who managed to both get my account verified and my withdrawals are already in my account.
All of the chat helpline people have been polite but only Zoey managed to resolve the issue. Naturally very pleased with her.
Very glad I persevered as it has taken me several hours of my time this week and I had begun to wonder if I would ever be able to withdraw my money.
Other than this issue I find Spinit casino experience very enjoyable.

I tried to withdraw many times now I have only one option via bank tried everything banking details are correct even spoke to consultants emailed pictures gave bank confirmation info. Every time they say my bank account number is not correct how can it be if it matches my documents

I’m amazed with most of these reviews

I’m amazed with most of these reviews. I played Spin It for the first time and haven’t had one issue with them from depositing through to withdrawing my winnings. Email sent to confirm my withdrawal, which said I would get a response within 72 hours, I had an email the following day to confirm a successful withdrawal and The funds were in my account the next day. It’s very surprising to hear how many people have had a bad experience but I cannot going by my experience I’ve had no issues whatsoever

Stay away!

Spinit casino, great at chucking deposit bonuses at you, but if you ever get lucky enough to withdraw, they simply won’t pay out
 using stalling tactics to not process withdrawals. My withdrawal has been “pending” for 5 days now, which is nothing compared to some of the reviews on here.

I’m just told they are “simply overwhelmed with the amount of withdrawals”

I’m calling bulls**t on that one!

Steer clear! UKGC regulated? They need to review this site ASAP!

The genesis brand was always my go-to


The genesis brand was always my go-to casino but in the last month something changed and all my withdrawals are on hold (total of €7k). I am verified but now they asked to fill in a verification detail form (this form is digital and a few questions only about income and age etc) for the KYC part they state in their t&c around 72h but this is not the case for this form. When i asked support they said there is no limit time stated for this form and its "under review". 3 weeks they keep saying the same thing over and over and its just a stalling tactic to delay legitimate winnings.. the withdrawal itself is pending for even longer, 4 weeks. I wonder which excuse they come up with now.( i am even vip, that does not mean anything either apparently). Transaction ID 662248056

This is the worst site ever me and my mate have had a withdrawal going on for over 3 months now! The account was verified fully 3 weeks ago and when I go to the live chat they just tell me to be patient and that it’s under reveiw! Full scam and don’t want to pay out they should be shut down this is easily the worst casino I’ve ever used and will never ever use again

If I could give this site zero stars I would do not go on it, take you money instantly and when you win takes months to get it, we are currently on our second month which now been asked for the same documents which have been sent more than 3 times just do not use they need to be shut down

I deposited a lot of money

I deposited a lot of money. They take immediately from my credit card. Then I win a few euro and they stall on document upload etc. Believe me never go near this site. They will take your money and never give it back. They are 2021 thieves. Just sorry trust does not have a minus for sites like this. I have started conversations with my local TD and the Police about them. They are based in Malta. Perhaps you will not be safe anymore.

Run arounds with withdrawal

Thought site was good untill came time to withdraw I withdrew winning back to my visa debit card as I had deposited the same way, I had withdrawals pending for 48hrs ish and asked chat how long he said max 72 hours but all of a sudden my money has been refunded back to my account and I didn't even get any email regarding identifying documentation, fel like I'm going to go round in circles and not get my winnings, especially with no communication

Pending withdrawal for 11 Days

I have had a pending withdrawal for 11 days now, and have been told ive excluded feom my account so i cant log in. Ive emailed with 2 different emails to support with no response. With a £150 withdrawal its causing me stress, if anyone who works at the casino reads this id appreciate any help available, i just want the withdrawal accepted like it was the previous 10+ times.

I am on day 9 of waiting for a withdrawal initally took them 5 days to decline my withdrawal as I requested on paypal instead of applepay so rewithdrew to applepay, 30 hours later declined again the customer service lady told me i shouldn’t have requested to applepay which my email told me to but to my credit card, when I questioned it as had the email in front of me was told to withdraw to paypal (?!?! Seriously!!) so 3rd time of trying to withdraw i am over the 72hour processing time and still nothing! Its an absolute disgrace of a casino, completely taken the shine off my win and Im honestly at my witsend with them and really have no idea how to get my winnings from them, the chat feature are absolutely useless i get a new different excuse from them every time i ask whats going in its just overall an appalling service
