Operator accepts deposits from restricted jurisdictions without enforcement
Spinmacho explicitly lists Spain as a restricted jurisdiction in its Terms and Conditions.
Despite this, I was able to register using my real Spanish details, deposit funds via Spanish payment methods, and access the platform without any territorial restriction or KYC verification.
Multiple deposits were accepted within a short period of time without any due diligence or responsible gambling checks.
Only after raising a formal complaint did the operator implement geo-blocking for Spain, which confirms that such controls were technically possible but were not applied when deposits were accepted.
This creates a clear inconsistency between their published Terms and their actual operational practices.
In my case, no KYC was ever performed, and no territorial checks were enforced at any stage of the deposit process.
I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this operator, as the lack of enforcement of their own restrictions raises serious compliance concerns.
UPDATE:
After posting this review, the casino replied publicly asking me to contact support.
However, I had already contacted them multiple times before this and received no meaningful response.
The issue remains the same:
They list Spain as a restricted country in their Terms, yet they still accepted my registration, deposits, and allowed gameplay with no KYC or checks.
Only after I raised the issue did they block access from Spain — which proves the restriction could have been enforced from the beginning.
After that, communication stopped again, and my account access was later restricted without prior notice.
They only respond once the issue becomes public.

Betrüger Casino, nachdem ich 500€ gewonnen habe wird die Auszahlung verweigert und das Konto gesperrt. Nun soll man als Kunde alle möglichen Nachweise liefern, die nach einreichen abgelehnt werden! Somit wird kein Geld ausgezahlt und das Konto wird gesperrt.
Terdersoft sollte sich absolut schämen. Ich kann jeden nur raten, spielt lieber woanders!

Sperren Konto ohne Grund!
Mein Konto wurde einfach gesperrt. Nachdem ich etwas Geld gewonnen hatte wollte ich eine Auszahlung machen. Verifizierung machte nur Probleme ( es wurde behauptet das Selfie ist falsch) nächster Tag Konto gesperrt! Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen, Support hilft und antworten auch nicht!

SpinMacho = Fake Amazon Casino app
Update: I reached out to them ask requested from this review and theyre response is still the same. They are claiming it was a 3rd party offer, it was not. They were using a fraudulent Amazon Casino app that is now non-finctional. I have already reported this to the Canadina Anti-fraud Center. They will be in contact.
I downloaded an app called Amazon Casino. They even use the Amazon TM logo. When I deposited money I realized they were not amazon bcz I have a bank record showing Gigadat INC (a 3rd party etranger service thats known to be used by fraudulent companies). After further investigation, I found my "amazon casino" account is in fact a SpinMacho account and they deny being responsible for the app. The app is conveniently no longer functional and can not be found on the App Store. They wont let me withdrawl and they wont refund me. They quoted T&C of their website. You have to wager 3x your deposit amount. Thats illegal where I live. Im filing a report with the National Anti Fraud Center and the Lottery and Gaming Authorities.
