Call them because my toy was missing the action figure. They agreed to replace the item
And I haven’t received it yet. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and it now feb 2. The customer is very poor. Could barley understand what was being said it took them days to send me the email they said they would send within 15 mins

Billigstes Spielzeug ohne jegliche Funktionen. So viel Potential bei Paw Patrol was nicht genutzt wird. Teurer Plastik Schrott wird verkauft an dem man nichts machen kann… Fahrzeuge ohne bewegliche Teile die untereinander nicht kompatibel sind und traurige Kinderaugen. Wirklich peinliche Nummer

Mon fils a eu un jeu Pat Patrouille avec une figurine qui c'est cassé le soir même. J'ai été voir le magasin ou il a été acheté, on me répond que le fournisseur ne voudra pas faire l'échange que je devrais essayer par moi même. On me donne le site spinmaster.
Je remplis toutes les indications nécessaire sauf que une avec un astérisque rouge, "donc obligé de répondre", nous ne pouvons pas y accéder. Du coup impossible d'envoyer notre demande. Comment je fais pour expliquer a mon fils que son cadeau de Noël est déjà foutu???

Nous avions acheté une boule plasma à notre neveu pour ce Noël 2025 à notre neveu.
Malheureusement, le produit est défectueux, il y a un faut contact vers la prise d'alimentation.
Ce qui fait que la boule ne s'allume pas correctement, elle s'éteint dès que nous avons le malheur de toucher à peine le fil.
Après mail de réclamation, ils refusent de prendre en charge cette non conformité. Alors que la garantie légale de 2 ans doit s'appliquer.
C'est une honte !

Update: They eventually got back to me and have now sent a replacement Hatchimal, so they did finally come through

Their customer service is a joke! I bought a Hatchimals Alive Mystery Hatch for my daughter, but it stopped being able to move its head and wings less than 24 hours after it hatched.

They wanted the Hatchimal returned and offered to replace it with a either a Glam Nail Studio or a Wizarding World Bitzee, neither of which are anything like the faulty toy! When I said I wasn't happy with those options I got no response, so I rang them a few days later and was told the issue had been escalated up the chain and I'd hear back in 24-48 hours but it's well past that, and I've still heard nothing.

It's certainly put me off wanting to buy any more Spin Master toys

Dodgy toys and dodgy customer service!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bought a Megaladon Storm for my grandson beginning of May. Remote stopped working within 1st week and contacted Spin Master, went through all the hoops and they said they would send a new remote. Finally after several emails asking how long this would be I received a used remote in late July and it won’t even connect to Megalodon we have. And a week after that I received a bill from FedEx for delivery. Ended up purchasing another one from Amazon. I just wouldn’t count on Spin Master for help or honoring their word.

An den Kundendienst per Mail gewandt, noch am selben Tag eine Abfrage von Daten und innerhalb von 3 Tagen wurde das Problem gelöst, zwar leider nicht mit dem Ersatzteil, dafür mit einem Ausgleichsprodukt.

Tatsächlich wäre mir das Ersatzteil lieber gewesen aber (im Gegensatz zu anderen) hat bei uns alles bestens funktioniert.

Den Paw Patrol Schmarrn haben wir leider auch zuhause. Flache Storys mit nicht mehr als einfachsten Rettungsmissionen, billigster Plastikschrott für viel Geld, Kein Spielzeug passt zum anderen (bei jeder Basis braucht man neue Autos), Kinderbücher die wie von KI erstellt wirken und überhaupt nichts lehrreiches. Hier werden Eltern und Kinder richtig kräftig ausgepresst. Nach einer Folge Paw Patrol habe ich das Gefühl, dass ich mehr graue Zellen verloren habe, als ein Kiffer in einem Jahr. Bin ich froh, dass meine Kinder sich immer wieder von den Masters und Turtles begeistern lassen.

Contacted them two weeks ago about a Ms. Rachel doll was contacted back to send the part #, and i sent it. I haven't heard anything back since. I called they said someone else will be in contact with me to send a replacement. I emailed again. And nothing. The packaging has all been thrown away since it worked for a couple days now nothing at all with new batteries too.

7 year old received RC car for Christmas from Aunt. It was missing a wheel. Sent email and completed a form but as it was a gift did not have a receipt. Only wanted to purchase or be sent a wheel so son could complete Christmas gift. After requesting further photos had a reply today saying they could do nothing and as we could not produce a proof of purchase then the case was closed. Literally stunned. Will not be purchasing any products from this company ever. A disgrace that they can even use the Meccano brand name. Not the Meccano company and service I grew up with.
I have found not one but 4 spare wheels on eBay. Once they arrive my son can actually use his gift.
Poor customer care doesn't come close.

Wir haben für unsere Tochter nachhaltig der Umwelt gegenüber ein gebrauchtes Gabbys Dollhouse Spielehaus gekauft.
Leider fehlten 2 Teile und ohne diese Teile kann das Haus nicht so genutzt werden wie es eigentlich sollte.

Nach X Versuchen jemanden bei Spin Masters zu erreichen habe ich eine Email erhalten mit der Abfrage wann, wo es gekauft wurde zzgl Belege.

Ich rief den Herrn an u erklärte ihm den Fall.

Traurige Aussage seinerseits:
Wenn es kein Garantiefall ist, können keine Ersatzteile ausgegeben werden.

Sehr traurig für meine Tochter, letztenendes kann man das Ding in den Müll schmeißen, da man durch die fehlenden Teile keine Zusatzräume in die einzelnen Etagen links u rechts schieben kann.

Grottenschlechter Service und hab ich so noch nie erlebt.
Andere wohl bekannte Spielzeughersteller bekommen dies schließlich auch hin.

Ho acquistato il Purinures come regalo di Natale per la mia bambina.
Il prodotto è stato aperto il 25 dicembre e da quel momento ad ora abbiamo già cambiato 5 volte le batterie!
Addirittura stamattina alle 9,00 abbiamo messo le batterie nuove e alle 10,30 segnalava nuovamente il bisogno del cambio delle batterie!
È impossibile giocarci perché le batterie si scaricano troppo velocemente e dispendioso dato che ci vogliono minimo 6 batterie il giorno!

I'm currently in dispute with Spin Master over the purchase of a Meccano set for my Grandson. Spin Master's initial response was quite positive but the latest email I've had states that the set I bought must have been old stock, even though it's still on sale through Amazon, and that they don't accept my Amazon order receipt (27 October 2024) as being within 90 days, so they won't replace the missing/damaged parts. This is awful customer service

Excellent customer service! We had an issue with the monster jam advent calendar and they resolved it quickly and sent out a replacement which came in a matter of days!

My son received a megalodon rc car for his birthday, it unfortunately broke within two days. I contacted spin master customer service and even though we cannot find the receipt, they’re sending out a replacement. One super happy 5 year old. Thanks for the excellent customer care.

I bought another batman 12 inch figure great detail on the figure but when are we going to get a 12 inch Green Lantern john stewert figure in LA to long of a wait spinmaster start distribution of green lantern in LA, we need a new reverse flash figure 12 inch thank you spinmaster and hurry up and give us 12 inch reen lantern in LA.

Terrible customer service initially. Purchased a Melissa and Doug toy chest and had an issue with a part. Spin Master provides customer support services for that product. After a few phone calls, sending in a picture, and also provided a video that they insisted upon receiving, they still shipped us the wrong replacement part.

Update:
I did end up getting a call from someone at the company and they said they would be replacing the entire unit. However, they were currently out of stock for that particular item. So waiting to see if they make good on their promise.

Changed rating to 3 Stars as they did eventually send a replacement unit as promised.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had ordered 3 GUND items and only received 2. I called 5 times ( hung up on twice.) They would not refund or resend my item. I’ll be reporting to my bank. Do not order from these people. Scam!!

Bought Megalodon RC car my daughters birthday. Unfortunately item developed a fault. Contacted seller who was not interested so contacted Spinmaster direct. They were incredibly efficient and dealt with issue quickly. Sent replacement RC car within a week. Thanks Spinmaster it made my daughters week!
