Die Eskalation: Beschwerde fÃŒhrt zur Bestrafung
Nachdem E-Mails ignoriert und der Live-Chat nutzlos war, habe ich das Casino bei der zustÀndigen Lizenzbehörde in Curaçao gemeldet. Die Vergeltung von SpinsUp folgte prompt und in zwei Stufen:
Stufe 1 (Die Bestrafung): Zuerst sperrten sie mein Konto dauerhaft fÃŒr alle zukÃŒnftigen Boni. Dies war die klare Strafe fÃŒr meine offizielle Beschwerde.
