Normally get 3 hats each time I have ordered and recommended some the bad the same but this time around ordered a hat same price but only received one hat

Hi, thank you for your response. Your previous 3 orders consisted of purchases of 1 individual hat each order. As a one time incentive, we included extra hats as a way of saying thank you for repurchasing with us.
Your most recent order was once again 1 individual hat and we sent that out to you. We have contacted you via email to explain this to you also. We hope this clears any confusion.
Thank you again for shopping with SPKD.
