Wonderful Experience
Great Service! Great Space! We are not from Chicago and we used the space for an all day meeting. I was very happy with the overall day and the service we received. The space is clean and functional.

Great resource. I needed a space to do a model casting and wasn’t sure what to do. I googled, found splacer, and found several affordable places in manhattan that fit the bill. Shortly after, I confirmed a sunny bright space that fit perfectly for the casting including ample seating and space for the models, casting crew, photographer and models. The space I got had photography equipment (lighting, etc) included. It’s like AirBnB for creative spaces minus all the Airbnb issues.

Easy Communication
Easy Communication with the venue owner. The taxes amount to a lot of the cost, so definitely find out how much a venue is AFTER tax before picking your venue.

It has been more than two weeks sent our space was rented and we have yet to be paid from Splacer. It's been a constant variety of excuses from them but still no payment. Feels very much like a scam.

I love using Splacer as it is easy to find different and unique locations for my productions.
I love using Splacer as it is easy to find the type of location per project criteria. And being able to filter and sort the properties by features is extremely helpful! I have had nothing but positive experiences on here!
