Convenient booking but payment process needs improvement.
Selecting the venue and receiving that space was convenient. However, how the payment and an invoice are issued can be more customer friendly, especially when adjustments need to be made for a response reservation. I would have appreciated upfront knowledge about the fees that are derived from the spacer platform upfront. For example, if it cost $1200 for the total hours of the rental and $250 in fees then the listing should say $1450 or +$250 in fees so the user if the platform can know a true budget. Additionally, there should be a way for your platform to note partial payment. I paid a certain amount based on the hours in my initial booking and then added two more hours. Instead of an invoice for the balance being issued, I received an invoice as if I paid nothing. Shortly after the amount owed was pulled out of my account without notice even though there was no confirmation from the venue about the amount I owed. I enjoyed my time at the venue, but did not appreciate the payment process with Splacer. I would have appreciated the platform being more forthright about their fees.

In your specific case, you approved the additional charge, so the system automatically collected the payment, and a receipt was sent to you regarding the transaction. Livermore location great for large gatherings.
There were many venues to choose from, and being able to put in parameters helped to narrow down the choices. The communication was great and although we did not use it, the reminders that we could set up to send to our guests is a great idea.

Splacer doesn't vet their venues.
I rented a venue from a person who was both insulting and a scammer. Splacer returned my money but did little to prevent other customers from being defrauded by that person. I will not use Splacer another time and would warn others to be very skeptical of the venues they offer.

Easy to use site. All communication between you and the vendor you decide to use goes thru them. No personal information is provided to the other person. Would highly recommend using this site to find your next venue.
