not happy with the process
not happy with the process. After booking, I cant see my booked listing in my account just because I am also a landlord.

Amazing space
On April 30TH I used this space for my sons birthday get together with family and friends. The space was really nice and clean. Only problem we had was when it came to parking which was okay. The host Vanessa was really nice. The plants that they had went perfect with my sons themes; overall it was awesome. (Side note: maybe ask for a broom beforehand for when it’s time to clean up).

poor client support for hosts
The platform is fine if you are booking a space, but form the perspective of a host, Splacer is bad news.
The back end of the website is limited and it is impossible to get any customer service as a host. If there are any issues splacer does not even begin to try to help.
Payments to hosts are also complicated, using a third party service called payoneer. IT has taken me 4 weeks of emailing and I have still not received payment for renting my space.
It is criminal really, this business has a slick looking website but has no support behind it. If you rent your space through them you will get burned and will not get payed for weeks.
all of the positive reviews are from people that rented the space, none from people who use the platform to rent out their spaces. Beware!

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. We still haven’t been paid for renting our space yet Splacer has the money from our renter. We contacted Splacer multiple times for help with serious problems that occurred when the renter was there and they haven’t responded. We experienced vandalism, lying about how many people were going to be at our space and the place was a mess after they left. Splacer is such a scam!!!

No customer service - no payment
I have used splacer to rent my photo studio in Brooklyn NY. I had several issues w/ a renter where they stayed later than agreed upon and vandalized my bathrooms and windows. Splacer has not replied to any of my messages or emails, and there is no number to call. In addition. I have not received payment for the rental. I feel totally helpless and scammed. This business is all talk but is a scam. Beware!
