I bought a keyboard, which arrived fine. However, a cable was missing, meaning that I cannot use my keyboard properly, and also a piece was defective.
I contacted them by email over a week ago, and they have not answered yet.
I also talked to them through their discord to which they told that "they were having trouble keeping up" (with the amount of emails I suppose).
I'm very disappointed since I spent a good amount of money on the keyboard.
I don't expect them to be Amazon but I really feel like they don't properly care for their customers.

If the situations gets fixed I will gladly update the review.

Keyboard composer and mostly inter-compatible kits really help with beginner experience.

The maintained official community is great for reaching out for build and config support - official and unofficial.

Great Ambient/Nocturnal switches, I was expecting something better than the red 50g switches that I ordered with my new ZSA Voyager, but I was completely blown away with how they feel and sound - they are incredible, feels like typing on a cloud (in a good way!). Splitkb support was also great since I often have difficulty receiving packages where I live but kept in contact with me so everything went smooth. 5 stars!

Fast and furious :D Order recieved well packaged. Switches are obviously brand new and in perfect condition. And I even get a mini waffle in addition of these awsome switches.

Made a second big order but this time one of the items I received was defective. I emailed them immediately and I was told they'll keep me in touch as they need to contact a supplier..... and that is the last thing I've heard from them. I've email them multiple times since then for updates and heard nothing back. It's been 3 weeks since my first email and at this point I'm starting accept that I got scammed. Please be cautious and learn from my mistakes.
