Trousers good quality and choice of lengths great all products should have tapered option

The fit and quality of their jeans and trousers is second to none. Highly recommended particularly if you want to tailor your fit.
I have a slight issue with the size guide online in that I can’t easily get it to change to inches from cm when trying to look across the product range. I think their size tailoring is a real asset and I’d invest a little more in the technology side of that user experience.

Last month I purchased some trousers to find that the size wasn’t the same as my previous ones. I contacted Spoke and a very helpful young lady sorted it out and the replacement arrived the next day. This was absolutely amazing customer service and I’m truly grateful.

I have been a loyal Spoke shopper for a few years now. However, they never seem to have my size in things I want and in the sales, my size is never in for things I actually would want. I would have expected more for what is supposed to be semi-bespoke buying.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a number of years now having discovered Spoke's original “fives” trouser in dark navy blue were my ideal pair of trousers.

Expensive, but worth the money because of the quality feel of the fabric, attention to detail with the flash of orange tape on the inside seam, visible when cuffed, fancy design contrast lining on the pockets and the all button fly. So much so I bought x3 pairs.

So it’s with great disappointment that upon ordering and receiving my 4th pair of fives I discover the design and quality has now radically changed and not for the better!

Gone is the flash of orange on the inside seam, gone is the all button fly, gone is the contrast design pocket lining and, worst of all, the new material is limp, a horrible open weave, giving them a very cheap poor quality feel and fit.

What used to be absolutely worth the money before has become so clearly costed down that it’s become no better than an M&S quality trouser which would be third of the price.

I'm very disappointed and I’ll be returning them for a refund immediately. Please bring back the original design and if you do then I’d gladly buy another x3 more.

Excellent service yet again from Spoke!! Bought a second pair of jeans which are perfect and so comfortable. I wear them all the time!!

Im a big fan.Easy to deal with. Returns are simple. Quality and fit is great. I’ve bought over 30 items over the years.

Great after sales service. I’ve been a regular customer in the past. My latest purchase had a fault. (First time this has happened- have always been delighted with quality.) After sales faultless- quick, proactive, considerate. The only downside of Spoke is the environmental impact of the plastic they put into their clothes. Much sales puff on ‘stretch’ but this quickly turns to ‘sag’. A shame, as the cut, colour, design, website, after sales all great.

A lovely product at a reasonable price rapidly delivered in a timely manner.

Just received a pair of Hackney cords and I have to say that I was very disappointed. The quality is poor and the regular fit (build b) are like clown trousers. I understand that having a pleat on the front makes them looser but these are ridiculous. They arrived and it was as if I’d worn them 10 times already… very poor

Good customer service and policies can’t fault it. After buying a pair of spoke jeans years ago I decided to buy some more. Unfortunately it’s sad to say that the material was a lot thinner, and even inconsistent wait sizing, 30 way too tight and a 31 way too big this time. It’s a shame because this is the main reason I wanted to shop at spoke to avoid all of these issues. I hope they go back to how they were

They didn't actually fit but I have made some great purchases in the past and the jeans are now my go to product

Good and efficient service in dealing with my order.

My Heros on delivery were nicely presented and fit was good, though possibly slightly larger than expected after using the helpful sizing guide.

The feel of the material and functionality was disappointing. Advertised as soft feel with enough stretch to make them an easy wear I found them heavier, stiffer than any previous chinos I've worn over the years.

I'd hoped that wearing and washing them they would "loosen up" and be more comfortable to wear. Unfortunately not and they are now confined to my giving away to charity category.

I'm sure the trousers will be fine . . . . . . when they arrive. In the meantime, on 9th December, I'm still waiting for trousers which were despatched on 2nd December. Unfortunately, Spoke chose to send them using Royal Snail 48 which, without a hint of irony, is described as " . . . a reliable, affordable UK parcel delivery service offering tracking and aiming for delivery in 2 to 3 working days . . . ". Oh dear.
