Easy purchase and perfect fit!

I bought a second pair of Japanese jeans the same size as the previous pair, however the fit is a lot bigger than the original pair

Easy to order prompt delivery. Well packaged. Straight forward exchange and returns.

Unbelievable experience with this company.

Bought 3 pairs of trousers 2 years ago, which I have worn on rotation every day since, more or less.

After close to a year, one of these unexpectedly split. SPOKE immediately replaced them.

A year later, the replacement pair unfortunately experienced exactly the same fault. SPOKE refunded the amount, even though they were out of the warranty period. I don't know any other brand who would stand by their products like this.

The other 2 pairs have been going strong and i will definitely buy from them again.

Well it is a bit soon to give comments on their longevity but everything fits well and the colours are good matches to the web site look.

Was kept well informed about when my order would arrive. On delivery the package my order came in , tells me that Spoke take care of the clothes they sell , and want the item to feel special for the customer.

The trousers we have purchased are amazing! The customer service is so so great!
Now when we can get those sizes , that ’off the shelf” trousers and jeans don’t offer, we will continue to shop from SKOPE

I am constantly so pleased with having discovered 'Spoke'. At 5 foot 3 (nearly 5 foot 4 :)), I've struggled getting jeans, chinos etc to fit without getting them altered first. I've now (probably) over the last 3-4 years bought jeans, cords and chinos and they fit first-time. The service is excellent, quick - and if I have any queries - the response from the team is superb. Only once was I unhappy with an item (it was just not the finish I thought i.e. it was my error) and they responded, refunded quickly and courteously. Worth every penny (and thank you to the Spoke team).

They said on their site that they would exchange or refund with no fuss. That's great peace of mind when buying online and they were absolutely true to their promise. Have already purchased again - so nice to have some jeans that fit correctly!

The clothes are always of a high standard and fit beautifully. The service is excellent and whenever I have had any interaction with the team they are brilliant.

Really good product which was delivered quickly

Trousers arrived promptly & as described. They might have been about my sixth pair. I like them because they fit, are well made & they arrive quickly. Other people say they look good on me. This is encouraging. I haven’t found better trousers at the price point. The key for me is the almost bespoke sizing combinations.
