Always a great amount of good advice and always a pleasure to have these people do my work for me! Always advise me about how to manage my finances!

I was treated really professionally and got an excellent deal when swapping my mortgage. I felt Tom worked above and beyond on my behalf especially with the life insurance quote.
I would not hesitate to reccomend Spoltons to my friends.

I used Spolton Mortgages to obtain my first mortage (first time buyer). I was clueless. Although I knew nothing about what I needed to do, I was guided all the way through the process by Nick. He is VERY thorough! He asked for and went through all our banking statements etc, which gave him a clear picture on what to recommend for us. Despite us having only a Fair credit rating at the time, this thorough research gave him all the details he needed to recommend a mortgage and rule out the ones we weren't likely to get. 11/10 for me and I would highly recommend them.

I've used Spolton Mortgages twice for getting a mortgage; once for my first house purchase then again this month. Both times have been an excellent experience - couldn't criticise. I will definitely use them again in the future for any remortgage or new house purchase. Great value for money, excellent service.

We couldn’t recommend Spolton mortgages enough. Buying a home is stressful but I can honestly say the mortgage was the easy bit thanks to Nick. He even provided helpful information prior to us being ready to buy.
It was always easy to reach out to someone if there was a question that needed answering and we always felt like we were being helped every step of the way. He went above and beyond what we expected. He always communicated with us and made sure we were aware of the options we had available. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable in securing us a mortgage we were happy with.
The whole team we met were friendly and professional and we even updated our life insurance through Kasia which was also such a stress free process!

Nick, and indeed yhe entire team, at Spolton mortgages take the time to discuss and listen to what you are looking to do, understand where you are and then offer excellent advice on how to help you get to where you want to be. It is truly a personal and personalised service no matter your circumstances rather that you feeling like another vog in the machine. you are understood and the advice received in plain and simple, not jargon, not upsetting, not trying to meet a quota. It's like talking to a friend. they have done 2 remortgages for my wife and I and we honestly would not go anywhere else. Nick helped us lock in a great renewal offer before the rates started rising again and kept us informed at every point in the process. They can recommend other professionals including solicitors or estate agents to assist if needed and I trust their recommendations.

Nick was great throughout the whole process, we had various meetings with Nick to ensure he could get us the best possible deal for our mortgage, from start to finish Nick made myself and Jason feel at ease, he discussed various options with us and which one would be the best option for us and our new home.
