Highly recommended! The team at Spolton Mortgages have been looking after our mortgage needs for the last 7 years. They have always provided an excellent service, kept us up to date all the way through the process and have come up with a more than satisfactory outcome every time. All the staff were so pleasant and polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

After my 5 year fixed rate was due to expire. I contacted Nick. He was amazing as usual. Talked me through al my options. No pressure to decide. Very knowledgeable. Will always use Nick for my mortgages.

This was my second time processing a mortgage with Nick and both times he’s been faultless. Nick has been incredibly supportive and taken away any element of stress that comes with remortgaging. I cannot recommend Nick enough!

I needed to get a mortgage raising capacity report and came across Spolten Mortgages via Google. After browsing their site I sent them a message one evening and got a prompt email back the next morning. Within a week I had a face to face meeting with Nick who is very friendly, professional and made the experience an easy one. By the end of the meeting I had the report I needed as well as getting some important information for the future. Although I wasn't using their services to find a mortgage; I'll have no hesitation in using their services when I do need one.

Even when needing to go back for further help in April, help was at hand and dealt with professionally. It was made very clear to me that they value me as a customer and that if I need any help in the future they are more than willing to provide it.

Moving and buying a house is a crazily stressful experience, and Nick and Kasia have made this experience as smooth as they possibly could.
They are always available to talk to, or quick to respond, even if it for the daftest of questions. (Which was a few from me!)
They have worked around us with times of meetings to make it easier to attend. Nothing is to big for these guys.
Nick was always rate reviewing our mortgage even after is all in place. He has saved us so much money long term.

The portal that is used to provide documentation is easy to use and they assist you well in getting this set up and throughout use.

They are 100% the only company we will use, and will always recommend to anyone in need of a mortgage advisor.

Kasia does an amazing job doing all the insurances that go alongside. She has done most of this for us and has saved us so much money from what we had already got in place.

These guys are worth their weight in gold.
