Placed order on 29/5/26 for a McLaren baby jumpsuit. I have had no update since and no response to email. Avoid.

Scam! Waiting on my items for over 3 months with no communication. No replies. Money gone

Bought a couple of pieces thinking they'd work as backup outfits, but they've become the reliable staple in our rotation that doesn't need babying. Washed them probably thirty times now between gym sessions and general play, and the seams still hold tight where other brands start separating at the leg openings. Not flashy in terms of design, just quietly durable in a way that matters when you're doing laundry constantly anyway.

Got an email asking how things were going two weeks after ordering. That kind of follow-up from a company is pretty rare these days, especially for a children's retailer.

The return process took longer than expected, which was frustrating at first, but once I got the replacement set it turned out they'd upgraded me to the next size free of charge. That kind of gesture matters when you're dealing with growing kids and a tight budget.

Ordered a Mercedes baby jacket last month because I wanted something different from what's available locally. She's worn it multiple times now in various weather conditions and it holds up brilliantly without pilling or losing shape.

My toddler has worn the Red Bull suit almost daily for three weeks straight. Zero pilling, no loose threads, and it's still vibrant. Honestly, these are built to last and be passed down. Worth the investment.

Good product but shipping took longer than expected, around two weeks to my area. The quality makes up for it though. Would've preferred faster delivery options at checkout to manage expectations better.

SCAM Awful! Ordered once a year or so ago, arrived late and average quality. Ordered again in September, nothing ever arrived, no response to email for months. Avoid!

Commande passée mi décembre , en espérant être livré avant Noël , le site adore une livraison entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrés , je me dit c'est super pour être livré avant Noël.
Et là c'est la désillusion , au bout d'une semaine le colis n'a toujours pas été confié au transporteur.
Et aucune réponse de la part de sportbabies malgré plusieurs mails, j'avais effectué le commande en payant un peu plus cher pour avoir une assurance de livraison et une livraison contre signature, histoire d'être tranquille..
Et le colis vient de mettre livré dans la boîte aux lettres.
Et je regrette mon achat, mauvaise qualité de vêtements et "d'impression" ,j'ai honte d'offrir ça au bébé de mon ami.
Je lui avait dit que j'avais pris une tenue RedBull racing pour son fils et je me retrouve avec des chiffons que je n'utiliserai même pas pour nettoyer les jantes de ma voiture..

Bref mauvaise expérience et quasi 60€ perdus

Ordered clothing for our sons first birthday weeks in advance only for the order to still arrived late.

Quality of the clothing in shocking and nothing I would put on our children. The fabric was stiff and starchy, it would make Temu look like Gucci.

Attempted to send the items back but can't get through to anyone either via their website or through email.

So it looks like we're stuck with some really expensive cleaning cloths for the kitchen.

Please don't purchase from this company it's not worth the time or effort.

Ik heb begin September 2 body voor mijn baby besteld maar tot op vandaag nu November nog steeds niets ontvangen. Na aantal keer gemaild te hebben met de vraag waar mijn bestelling is wordt ik totaal genegeerd en krijg ik geen reactie meer. Geen bestelling en geen geld terug gekregen. Geld gewoon kwijt.

I have ordered on 31.08.25 a ferrari jump suit for my newborn, and it did not arrived until today, 08.10.25. they do not answer emails, they do not send it. they sent me a tracking link, but in the DHL website, they say the traking was created but they did not received the package.

Romper besteld voor baby (Feyenoord, order 6682900). Maat 6-9 maanden (EU74-80). Dat betekent 74cm.

Ontvangen is goede kwaliteit. Maar maat is 40cm (!!!). Past op dag van geboorte niet eens. Denk dat idee is dat baby deze al draagt in de baarmoeder...

Scam. I order ferrari clothes for my sister new born in august and im still waiting for the parcel (17.09.25). They no replied to any of my emails. I contacted my bank to try to get my money back. Avoid that website.

I placed my order on 01 August 2025. A DHL tracking number was created on 24 August, but DHL only actually received the package from Sport Babies on 04 September. For weeks the tracking didn't update.

Their customer service ignored every email, and the phone number on their website does not work. Out of frustration I filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Only after ECC got involved did the package start moving.

I finally received my order on 10 September 2025 – more than a month later. The products themselves are of good quality, but the whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and not worth it. Quicker to knit your own baby clothes than wait for these guys.

If you want stress, uncertainty, and silence from customer service, this is the place. If you want a normal online shopping experience, avoid Sport Babies.

Scam website. Don't bother trying to order anything, they very likely won't ship any product and will not answer any form of communications attempt. If you still want to try (I mean, who knows?) make sure you pay with a CREDIT CARD, so you can easily perform a chargeback once the scam is obvious. Oh, and the Trustpilot reviews they display on their website are fake.

Ordine non arrivato, non rispondo alle mail da evitare, non comprate.

Very friendly and communicative.
Bought a big climbing combination for my 4 year old. The package was nicely wrapped an very well protected, fast delivery and nice quality. Also the price is honest, and Shipping not expensive, compated to other on Etsy. It was easy to put together, i did it all by myself, alone. I really do reccomend. My son is really happy with it.
