The quality is off, the Merchande looks like a cheat imitation

I waited 5 weeks to receive something I didn't order. Not even close. I got a rayon polyester TSU shirt and NFL saint's polyester jogger pants. The company is located in the UK I should've known better. Emailed requesting some type of refund. No packing slip no proof of purchase enclosed with items

Your package took 7 weeks to arrive!!! Your measurements guide is way off. The jacket is 2 sizes to big. It is also poorly crafted and cheap. The other big problem is it used unlicensed logos. My item is not authorized and I couldn't wear it to a brewers game even if I wanted too! I asked to cancel my order and was told that there was no way. This company should be shut down in my opinion...bad service, bad merchandise and illegal product...what else can be said

I still have yet to receive anything Okay I place and order with you guys on the 16th of June correct going based off your time and says you marked 5 to 7 business days that will be 25th of June at the latest 1 to 2 days quality check 27th of June okay nice then max of 14 days shipping what you said that's the 17th of July I should have received it I get maybe you guys are backed up and gave me a date of aug 1 to 3 cool it's now aug 10th and I have yet received anything

great product, shipped fast and was everything I hoped it would be.

I never received the item or a refund

I placed the order June 18 it was in stock. They never told me it was out of stock. No email or anything. I then received an email 2 weeks later stating that it was being prepared for shipping. Weeks went by with no update so I contacted customer service. All they said it was out of order but it wasn’t out of order when I ordered it. So I’ve been waiting 17 business days for my refund that I still have not received, which they said I would between 7-14 days.

St. Mirren bag is really great, beautiful workmanship. Thank you. Was sent emails RE filling in form to verify address, page had no access link to form and return email address was not accepting my emails. much later an irate email again about the amouny of times they had contacted me RE this 'form', bag arrived a couple of days later so they really didn't need their form. Bag is amazing.

Never received my product.

I love them you look great. The only thing is take it so long to get them. But otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you.

Relativly cheap product. However, it is usable as you cant use it to tell time. You physically cannot tell what time it is... as both the hands and background are black. Its invisible. You can send me a new Manchester United watch free of charge if you want my business back. Looks great but cant use it. Shipping was accurate but long.

My order was one hour away from my house two times and I haveng gotten it yes....I'm very disappointed it was a gift

Colors were off and quality was super low

I didn’t even receive my item it got lost in the middle somewhere, I didn’t even get a notification or a tracking number

This website and the rings and products are cheaply made and shipped from China. Buyer beware!

April 8,2024 I ordered several jacket for a gift. When I received it was not at all what they advertised. On their web it stated as followed. They give you options to return, but with no intention to ever refund you back!

It was not at all what I ordered it was a sticker ironed on. sewn was advertised not iron on.
I emailed them and explained and request a refund.
After several emails they still wanted me to send them pictures of the merchandize of which they sent to me and I did. They came back and told me that they will not refund but rather they have sent out a new order of the product. This was a gift back in April I had to re-order with another company. I have requested repeatedly all I want is a refund! They told me they will not be refunding me. I find that they are not a company I would purchase ever again and I am upset they refuse to re-fund me when they where sending the wrong merchandise to me the 1st round. I will send them back there merchandise even at my own cost. Ruth

This company has a fraudulent picture of a Los Angeles Rams Baseball Varsity Jacket! Because the jacket I got...has no lining, the buttons are white & plastic, & the material is extremely thin! It is NOT like any Baseball Varsity jacket I have ever seen.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Was what I expected

The item I purchased was out of stock. I was then notified immediately about it and was given the option to receive the item in a larger size or get a full refund. (I took the refund, and it was refunded back into my account within a few days).
…I only wished that if the item is no longer available, then the potential buyer shouldn’t have that option to buy it in the first place, giving the buyer to make another choice of purchase there and then, to save time, hassle and the disappointment.
All in all, this company is HONEST and Loyal with their customers, for this I am truly grateful!!

I ordered a ring on the website. 3 weeks later they email me saying they can't fulfill it. Terrible customer service and people skills. Whomever talked to me should be fired immediately. I will never use you again.
