Porque me esta dando solución a mi problema con el reembolso de una cuota que yo no solicité

I'm happy about the company's deals and their customer service is very helpful. The reason why I'm not rating them 5 star is that it took me a while to get assistance.

You have taken out of my account the amount of R148 and R56. I have not received anything from you
I want my money back as this is a scam. You'll caused a problem that now I can't buy anything online 😭

Definitely a scam site looks like they capture credit card details from other sites or wherever and then charge you a €17 + bi monthly fee as a member . Report them to your credit card company asap

È un sito con ottimi prodotti e prezzi, ho avuto anche modo di chattare col servizio clienti, davvero gentili e disponibili, sono proprio soddisfatto!

Ho avuto degli addebito non richiesti e l'assistente Joie sembra che abbia risolto il problema. È stato molto professionale e chiaro.
