I ordered a Sprayground backpack as a Christmas gift for my daughter, but unfortunately I still haven’t received it.
The delivery company claims the package was delivered and provided Sprayground.eu with a photo as proof of delivery, but the photo clearly shows a completely different location, not my address. The package was never delivered to me.
I contacted sprayground.eu by email, explaining the situation in detail and attaching all relevant information, but I have not received any reply at all. No investigation, no solution, no customer support.
This experience has been extremely disappointing — especially considering this was a Christmas gift for a child.
At this point, the lack of communication is unacceptable.
I do not recommend Sprayground.eu based on my experience.
